Doubling the restaurant as a slots cafe is a huge aesthetic and atmospheric mistake. A man came from the slot machine section, sat at the table next to us and just stared at us while we ate. He didn’t order food so it’s not like he was waiting for his order – very awkward and uncomfortable. You’re drawing in the wrong crowd whom is consequently, chasing out the right crowd.
For my meal I ordered the Reuben and a fountain drink. The corned beef was very thin and extremely bland – tasted more like pastrami than flavorful and bold corned beef. Instead of thick slices of meat, it was more like small shavings. My sandwich was very sad – you were very stingy with the quantity of meat and sauerkraut for the price of $14. There was barely any thousand island dressing on the sandwich. The harmony of flavors you expect and hope for in a Reuben sandwich just wasn’t there.

Great sandwiches but only one worker. They could use some updating in regards to their tables and chairs. Overall, the food was worth the wait!

LOOK!…This place 4 years ago was probably good based on the reviews but its not what reviews are saying. The price for servings was over priced. The quality was iffy. Sorry but I didn’t like. Good luck

Despite it being prime time for dinner, we were the only folks who ate at a table. While gambling appears to be the primary driver, we dug our grub. I went with the pastrami and she rocked a corned beef. We thought the rye bread was great from a texture, taste and density standpoint. I thought the corned beef had great flavor and moisture and thought the same of my pastrami.
Sandwiches come with thin and crispy house made chips and a pickle spear.
Overall, we were happy we tried this place and would totally stop by again, although I’d likely get it to go.

Ok. I have passed this place multiple times and I could just taste the corned beef. But today, this morning I paid almost $14 and a 10% tip for the worst sandwich I have ever ever had. I took off in my car and noticed I really couldnt smell the sandwich. So I opened the box and took a big bite. The meat was warm but the sandwich tasted like blood! No visible blood but taste if blood! No, absolutely no seasoning! I was upset. I continued on to pick up my daughter and we decussed the my horror of this sandwich which she then said let her try. I never mentioned the blood taste to her but, she said it tasted like the meat wasnt done. Did i mention no flavior! No seasoning at all.
Why sale food like that? I will never go back there again. I will tell everone I kniw to safe themself and pass this place by.

This is an excellent place to stop for a fully loaded corned beef sandwich. It is juicy and has no fat on it. Seriously, really delicious. The Reuben was on bread that was baked like a panini and that made it extra tasty. Not to mention fresh coleslaw. The ladies that work there are very nice and friendly. They even gave me a huge loaf of rye since the food shelter was closed. It was such a nice lunch.

I went in for a Ruben sandwich extra Swiss no thousand island. I received a corn beef sandwich on soggy bread. No sourkraut given,. For 16 dollars I expect good rye bread tasty corned beef/swiss cheese and the main thing is sauerkraut. This sandwich so disappointing and I should have walked out. The help was a person that really didn’t care to make a good sandwich! Step it up get better rye bread maybe marble that can withstand the meat. Make some changes if you like to stay in business, I pass this place everyday and wanted to try.

Absolutely Delicious! I picked up the Tom and Jerry Combo Sandwich. The corn beef and pastrami were cooked so well they melted in my mouth. The Rye bread was fresh and the spicy mustard with the Swiss cheese brought everything perfectly together. One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. O and the pickle was refreshing.
