I’ve been here twice and will return again! On Thursday nights they have live jazz. Both times we all were very satisfied with our food and cocktails. The cocktails are not watered down to say the least lol. The only issue is that the food takes a while to receive however the food is always hot. Great service by staff from the beginning to the end!

Everything was so amazing! I ordered the catfish grits and eggs the catfish was very crispy just like I like it, my husband had the lamb and it said it was very good, he literally cleaned the plate lol. They did forget about his lamb but we got two free shots so that was just fine . We will definitely be back

I came here with a friend during a Raven’s game. They had a DJ and the game playing so it was quite loud. Being that majority of the patrons were watching the game, I don’t think it also makes sense to have a DJ blasting music at the same time. I could barely hear the game because of the loud music but I think the music would be a good touch after the game or during half time. The DJ did hype up the crowd during major plays which was perfect.
Now for the food and service! The food was quite delicious, we got the Buffalo and Thai Chili wings which were tasty and large! There were about 6-7 wings for each flavor and it was quite filling. The drinks were expensive but good. I got the ginger tiger mocktail with tequila and it was amazing! They should make that one of their specialty cocktails!
The service was subpar. The waitress was very kind but she lacked knowledge of the menu or drinks. When asked about their tequila selection, she could only name 2. I asked her a few questions about the menu, and she either wasn’t sure or had to ask someone else for the answer.
All in all, the service and food were ok, but I’m 50/50 if I would return. But I would return for the tiger mocktail with tequila.

Corkscrew was nothing short of amazing..I had to make changes to the amount of people and the time of arrival to have our anniversary dinner. I called it was done with ease. The hostess and Maddie were kind attentive and professional. The food was so delicious lamb chops came with the perfect amount of heat the catfish was nicely seasoned and fried . And the Rasta Pasta OMG. The bartender had the drinks on point…the overal experience was wonderful and we will be returning soon

If you like to engage with your company before the night begins, then make reservations at 7 by 8-830 on Friday the Live Jazz band will be playing, and they are good, so you won’t be talking. Drinks and Food “small bites” as they call them were good but hence the name they were just that. Over all enjoyed. Will recommend so if in the area try it!!

I visited this restaurant for my mom’s birthday and was very underwhelmed. Although, the restaurant is beautiful, the service was absolutely HORRIBLE! Our server, Madison, was very rude and noticeably impatient from the moment we sat down until we left. Simple questions were met with an attitude and it felt like we were an inconvenience. She was very short when asking about menu items. My mother asked her about the flavored wings and before my mom could finish her sentence, she responded with “What we have, is what is on the menu”. Another guest at my table naturally held her hand out to receive the plastic utensils requested but she threw them on the table instead. She stood over top of me as I was reviewing the receipt. I asked her to give me 5 minutes, she snapped stating “Well you can pay using the receipt”. She stood over top of the other guest at my table as she signed her portion of the receipt. Despite the wings being slightly salty and the service being terrible, we paid the bill, which unfortunately in this case, included a gratuity. After paying the bill, I asked to speak to the manager. He offered an apology and gave my mom a “birthday drink”. Unfortunately, I do not desire to revisit this restaurant. Madison’s attitude made the entire dining experience uncomfortable and far from enjoyable. I hope management addresses this, because no customer should be made to feel unwelcome.

The food at Corkscrew was great and the Atmosphere was nice. Service staff seemed nice enough, but lacked what seemed to be standard service skills.
Our server was sweet, but may have been inexperienced in serving, as there was no introduction or prompts for us to answer. She said hi, and that was it. Waited about 30 minutes before we ordered (reservation was at 1:30, did not actually come over for order until 1:58). Server also did not check on us after receiving our order, my friend had to go to the bar for our drinks as some of our drinks never came to our table, and I had to ask the host for our check. As someone who is also in the service industry, I understand all the steps of service can be difficult to grasp, though they are still important to the guest’s experience. I believe the auto gratuity should reflect the level of service received. I did not pay, though if I was paying I would have requested the gratuity be decreased from my check to account for the lack of service. I hope this place can streamline their operations because they seem very promising. Just food for thought! I would still patron them again. Thank you.

5/5 for sure!!! I visited last Thursday with a friend. They have a specific menu for Thursdays and Sundays-brunch menu. There is a jazz band on Fridays and Saturdays. We ordered the chicken Alfredo egg rolls, Thai chili wings, Peruvian wings, and salmon deviled eggs. The green sauce for the Peruvian wings was on point!!! I wish we received 4 instead of 2 deviled eggs. They were amazing. We had the housemade red sangria and strawberry coconut margarita. Everything was amazing. We missed the 50-cent wings as they are only available 5-7pm.
My only complaint is the seating. The high top tables have high chairs that don’t seem to be stable. I did feel like I was going to fall out of my chair. My friend felt unstable in hers as well.

I been to this restaurant twice. First time was for a get together with family. The place was packed so ordering drinks and food was slow that night but we didn’t think nothing of it. Last night me and my husband decided to give the restaurant another try bc the food was excellent and the atmosphere was great like I said the service was slow but I was hoping only for that night. Last night it wasn’t packed which was great. We were seated as soon as we arrived but the area was right in front of the stage which still wasn’t the problem. The table was a small round table someone has as an end table in their home. My husband sit and I ran to the restroom. I had time enough to run to the restroom, come back look at the menu, decide everything we wanted and took a picture for social media before anyone came to the table. When she finally came I asked if we could move to a larger table bc we had several items we wanted to order. She left like she was going to ask and never came back. After another 10 to 15 minutes me and my husband just left. The night was a busted and we just wanted a night out to relax and celebrate our anniversary. Mind u everyone looked like they had their food and drinks but could have been waiting for other items but we had nothing ordered, not even a drink of water which is usually what every restaurant sit at your table when requesting your order. Overall great for food and atmosphere but service is definitely lacking. If u don’t mind waiting for your order to be taken and your food and drinks to get to you in about an hour of two, it’s a great place to try.

Our first visit to Corkscrew, overall the food was Ok, I was looking forward to the collard greens and kale , but was very disappointed they were too salty to eat. The Lamb chops ,meal was good . Our table was not good , and our seat had a draft. I’m going to try again on the night with live music.
