This is one of our favorite fine dining establishments to go to in Augusta. It is pricey, but if you’re looking for a place that has menu options you are not likely to find anywhere else (bison, elk, boar, etc) and prepared in such a mouth watering, delicious way, this is the place for you.

Excellent fine dining experience in Augusta. Large, curated selection of wine and solid knowledge of pairings. Last time I had Wagyu, which was excellent. This trip my party had Chilean sea bass and wild game trio (elk venison, wild boar sausage, and bison steak) and a spring sweet pea risotto. We were pleasantly surprised to also get amuse-bouche and cotton candy dessert.

Had a birthday dinner for my mother in law here tonight. We reserved a table a week in advance on OpenTable. Wrote in the comment section it was for a birthday, which all the staff acknowledged as soon as we got there. The restaurant was almost completely full on a Wednesday. Cocktails & glasses of wine range from $10-15+, Apps from $7-25, entrees from $20-50, and dessert from $8-15 (estimates). With a cocktail and 3 course meal it was about $50-70/pp and completely worth it. Service, food, and ambiance was above and beyond. Definitely a favorite spot of Augusta to eat. See below for our meals! We ended up not taking photos of all our plates because we were too excited to eat. It was a well intentioned meal service from start to end.

One of the most special dinners I’ve ever had. My wife and I try to go on dates as much as we can, but we wanted to expose our girls to a night out at a special dinner at fine dining restaurant. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome. Our server was so nice and made the experience even better. The food was absolutely outstanding and my four daughters ate things they had never even heard of before. The staff and ownership treated us amazing. I can’t tell you how special this night was for me as a dad. I’ll never forget our first family dinner out at fine dining establishment. Thank you Cork & Flame and staff for such an amazing memory.

The boar was outstanding, I would’ve tried the kangaroo but didn’t know it was going to be in a carpaccio style! The service was great and very attentive and my Wagyu steak was to die for! This was my first time having pomme dauphinoise and it was so delicious and hearty.

Avid fan originally from Augusta but live in Napa. I come home to visit and patronize this restaurant at least 3 or 4 times while I’m here. Payton, you’re the greatest! You remembered my favorite drink concoction every time I come. You make it to perfection. *Chef’s Kiss* The halibut with crab is by far the best special I’ve had here.

OMG. Reservation & proper attire required. Foods & service were amazing. Cocktails were good. Desserts were very good. Drip coffee was a bit weak & lukewarm for my taste. Appetizers & main dishes were first class. We got seated in the back expanded room, doesn’t have the cozy ambiance as the front room. Highly recommended.
