If you’re traveling up or down the Alaska Highway and looking for a great meal and great ambiance…this is the place. Awesome patio with open fires around the eating area, made hanging out super cozy. Best pizza I’ve had outside of Italy. Also the currywurst and those Belgian frites were exceptional. This is food made with love. Do not miss it! Bonus, a Portuguese tart was on the menu tonight and it was also spectacular.

This is a great concept, putting a food truck into full production and delivering a growing assortment of European foods! Best fries, exactly like those in Europe! My tip on the bratwurst they make is to treat it like a traditional bavarian Weisswurst and remove the casing. It tastes so much better that way! The currywurst sauce is super good this year. Next we will come for pizza.

Had the cacciatore and the fresh cake. Both were delicious. The pizza was cooked perfectly and I loved the crust on it. The cake was soo smooth and not too sweet. The service was very friendly and the place was soo inviting!

Nice place that accepts credit cards. The food was great, and the sauce was lovely. The bread was a bit too hard for my taste, but overall, I really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere

Was not expecting to have amazing pizza in the Yukon. Seriously felt like I was transported back to Italy eating amazing prosciutto and fungi pizza while sipping an aperol spritz. The only thing keeping me grounded was Edmonton kicking Florida’s butt in game 4 of the Stanley Cup Final. A quick jaunt from the camp space and easy to order. Also, if you’re ordering Hawaiian then you should expect to be disappointed because it’s not a real pizza and only tastes okay when drunk at 2am.

A cute little food truck serving European cuisine as part of the Caribou RV Park seasonally. Great food out of this tiny trailer that has sausages, pizza, and even a steak night (which you will need to reserve a spot for). Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all available. Tables are outside so great for a beautiful sunny day and if it isn’t so nice you still are covered or you can get the food to go.

The Belgian fries are a delight, especially trying all the different sauces. It is worth the stop here if you are driving by and it’s also great for those staying at the RV park!

After the glorious feedback of this place we (four locals) decided to try it ourselves this summer. Expectations weren’t too high as the Yukon tends to “hype” things up when they are different or new. We were open-minded though.

We went on a Tuesday, the only day they don’t serve pizza, which we were keen to try. But that’s on us, we should have checked.

This is what we had and this review is based on:
Currywurst, it was okay.
Knackwurst, nothing “knackig” about it. In fact, it was mushy and we didn’t finish it.
Cheese panini with salad, a store bought bun with some cheese and veggies on it. The salad was a spoonful of leafy greens.
Soup and fries, the soup was okay and fries were good.

They have a variety of different dips and sauces to put on your fries, which was nice.

Neither the quality nor the quantity of the food was satisfying, especially if you consider the price and that you have to self-serve.

Service: We ordered fries as an extra with the Knackwurst in the bun and were told “no, you didn’t” when we asked for them at food pick up. I know we did, but even if we hadn’t , a simple “sorry, i missed that” would have been a more pleasant response. Otherwise service (order at the truck and pick up) was friendly.

Seeing that the owner tends to be condescending and belligerent to reviews that are not five stars i want to clarify that i am European as well, German in fact. Being from one European country doesn’t mean that one is well versed in all kinds of other European food. And having French chefs doesn’t mean anything either. I had one of my worst meals ever in Paris, actually.

As for the quality of your food you claim to have, maybe we just ordered the wrong things or got you on a bad night. But nothing was high quality that we got, especially considering the consistency of the Knackwurst.

So please don’t patronize reviewers that don’t give you five stars. It doesn’t make you or your business look good.

We always get a take-out pizza and wine for our first night in a new town or city. We get to relax, plan our days and, hopefully, begin to experience the place through its pizza. Tonight we had the extreme good fortune to trust the online reviews and drive out to Cork & Fork in the Caribou RV Park just outside Whitehorse on the Alaska Hwy for our first night’s pizza. They happened to have a special – Yukon Morel Pizza – and dare we say IT WAS THE BEST PIZZA OF OUR LIVES! Don’t let the location fool you… this is a stellar foodie-haven served by consummate European chefs. We cannot say enough, but will certainly be comparing every pizza going forward to tonight’s sublime fare.

The atmosphere was lovely and inviting, but unfortunately, the pizzas fell short. The crust was undercooked, leaving the dough raw and unpleasant. Additionally, the olives still had pits, which poses a safety risk and detracted from the overall experience. With some attention to these details, this place could truly shine.

The place to be just outside the city center of Whitehorse for some home made European comfort food. Would recommend the German Currywurst with Belgian fries and sauces (especially the Samurai and Brasil sauce).
Besides all sorts of meats I would recommend the pizza’s made by the owner and pizzaiolo Steve.
PS: order the hawaiian pizza and see what happens 😉
