My husband and I decided to try Corfinio’s tonight and we’re so happy we did. The food was amazing…I had the chicken parm and my husband, the roasted chicken. Both dishes were delicious. Our server, Kaitlin (sp?) was beyond fantastic…super attentive. Will definitely be returning….this may be our new favorite place!

Really enjoyed our meal and experience here last night! I had the salmon entree and my friend had the chicken parm, we split bread service as the appetizer. We cleaned our plates and were so full! The food was excellent, nearly as good as the service! Caitlyn is awesome!! Led us to the right dishes, great recommendations, friendly and attentive!

This is a nicer upscale Italian restaurant. There is bar seating, high top or low top tables, plus booths.
We went during lunch time on a weekday. The restaurant was quiet and had only a few patrons inside. We ordered a chicken Parm sandwich with fries and a hot honey chicken sandwich with a house salad.
The chicken Parm was fine. The fries were fresh and crispy, but needed more seasoning. While the panko breaded patty was crispy in the hot honey sandwich, the brioche bread soaked up all that cucumber relish/lemon aoili/tomato/honey liquid and became soggy despite being toasted. That combined with the fact that the house salad may have had more dressing than salad made the plate a miss for me.
Overall, had higher hopes for this one. I’d give them another shot and focus on their entrees. Maybe they do those better. ♀️

Have yet to have a bad meal here. Everything is great, but what makes this place unique is their specials. They do a great job mixing it up and with high quality meals. I always look forward to seeing what is on the specials menu. The tomato soup and bread basket is a great appetizer. (Dangerously easy to fill up on their bread!!) My favorite dishes are when they have swordfish specials. They are also really great at allowing you to make special requests. Their wait staff has all been attentive and friendly even when it’s busy.

What an exceptional meal for my husband and best friend visiting from Pheonix. This meal was outstanding. The appetizers were delicious, the calamari was tender and crispy, delicious. The artichoke hearts were fresh and vibrant with the lemon sauce.
Our meals, a special of Tuna Steaks, Braised Pork & Mushroom Sauce over Ricotta Gnocchi & Seared Cod over Whipped Potatoes with a lemon butter sauce were all expertly cooked and outstanding.
The desserts were also scrumptious! Tiramisu that was fluffy & flavorful instead of mushy or watery. The chocolate torte, without flour, but with vanilla gellato was divine. I didn’t try the cabnoli due to an allergy to Pistachios, but was told they were great!
Definitely gets loud inside so we suggest outside for a relaxed atmosphere. Will be going again for sure!

We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary at Corfinio in Easton, MA, and it was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere struck the ideal balance of warm, inviting, and upscale—exactly what you want for a special night out. The service was outstanding from start to finish: attentive without being intrusive, and everyone made us feel genuinely celebrated.
The food was the real star. The Arancini was hands-down the best I’ve ever had—crispy, flavorful, and unforgettable. My Chicken Carbonara was perfection, rich and comforting without being heavy. My husband ordered the pork chop special, and he’s still talking about how tender and delicious it was. And I have to give a special shoutout to my cocktail, the “Baby, You’re Driving”—fun, creative, and so good I almost ordered a second.
Corfinio made our milestone anniversary feel truly special. We can’t wait to return!

Great place for a date, special family dinner, or drinks at the bar. The food is often locally sourced and always fresh, and the drinks are consistently good. It’s very rare to see this restaurant quiet as they have a lot of regulars, but you can make reservations ahead. Nevertheless, the wait is worthwhile.

What an amazing time I had at Corfinio. The food tasted great. It was an inviting and warm ambiance. The restaurant was clean and is smartly decorated. Now because of the weather you can either seat inside or outside. The service was quick and very efficient. An interesting fact is that you can actually see the chef preparing your food as the cuisine is visible to you, which I really liked. The waitress was charming and extremely diligent while attending to all of our requests. I will definitely go back with the family. The only sad part is that we were seating under a light so little bugs got on our leftovers while we were talking, so we could not take them back home. The waitress looked skeptical and might concluded that we did not like the foods but it was only because of that unfortunately. And I dont have good pictures neither . Go visit instead.
