For $5 a “taco” — which was actually a pita imo — none of it is seasoned, none of it had any flavor at all. Apparently they marinate the meat but nothing else was done to elevate the dish. I definitely make better (real) tacos at the house. We had the steak and chicken “tacos” w/ 2 sides. It all needed copious amounts of salt, pepper and T-A-C-O seasonings in a taco vessel — if you love flavor, this ain’t the place. It’ll leave a very disappointing hole in your pocket too.

The service was great. Salad, rice, and toppings were awesome. My only suggestion would be that they get in some zero sugar and low calorie dressings. and that they make sure the chicken is cooked a little less, not was almost dry. Better portion in the servings of the proteins a little bit. Other than that, this was phenomenal.

This has been on my list since it opened! I was so excited to finally go try it. I got a wrap and it was amazing but not the best choice for a business meeting. Next time I’ll get a bowl. I loved the atmosphere, and although the squeaking on my booth got annoying, I will absolutely be back. I also think my kids (teenage boys) would like it.

This used to be our go to place for a healthy meal but they’ve never impressed me with the grilled chicken that comes on our bowls. Every, single time it is tough chicken. Every time. Tonight, I actually picked it out of my bowl after having to spit it out due to it being so tough to chew.

Use to come in and eat once a week, I love the food and concept but this location has really been slowly getting worse in customer service and quality of food. The chicken is now flavorless and as tuff as jerky. The dressing was definitely watered-down.

We stopped here yesterday and were not pleased. Their were 4 workers there and they were not able to communicate clearly or with knowledge of their own menu. I asked what comes with the kids meal and they seemed confused so I followed up with “does it come with a drink or sides or anything?” They said “no”. Then when we got to checkout we asked to make our meal a combo which was clearly on the menu, but the checkout person just stared at us blankly. Then finally we said a combo, like the side and drink. She responded “So you want a drink?” Then the kids got quesadillas which was a tortilla shell, 4 chunks of cubed chicken and some melted cheese. I think they were supposed to get to pick what they wanted on it but they never asked and made it while we were checking out. I won’t eat there again or recommend it. The building looked nice inside but the staff made us want to eat and get out of there.

This place is kind of like a subway for building your own bowl. They also have pre-made bowls you can pick from among other things. I got the spicy Thai bowl, my sister and I split the bulgogi style taco and the tuna own, and my mum got the bbq chicken bowl. Most of it was pretty disappointing. The noodles in my bowl were suuuuper undercooked, and most of the flavours were pretty bland. I probably wouldn’t eat here again if it was my decision. Good props for all the compostable containers and cutlery, though!

Yum, I haven’t had a bad meal here. Food is delicious. Your selection is prepared from fresh ingredients. Really flavorful and enjoyed the experience. Definitely a return trip in the near future.
