Horrible food! I knew better to eat there, but we did anyway. The cheese steak was roast beef. The meatballs in my spaghetti wasn’t cook throughly. The garlic bread was just sorry. Will avoid this place for another 20 years.

I don’t have any issues with these guy/gals. “When they are open”, but it is highly annoying to drive here thinking I’m going to have a great breakfast just to discover the place is closed! Today is Monday. Their website says they’re open. (It’s 8:30AM), but I get here and discover they are closed! How do these folks expect to make money if they’re open only when they decide to get out of bed?

I brought my friends to try a local restaurant and we were denied seating. We were told that there wasn’t any availability anytime soon and it wasn’t even 3 pm..and yes there was customers eating. They also had one whole side closed off. It was obvious why we denied seating. The staff should be more aware of how they speak to customers and understand that diversity does exist.

I normally do not like giving reviews on restaurants we go to, but i must share our experience as wanting to give reviews may change in the future. I know that everyone tries to make the best food, and some places are great while others are simply not, but this is my own opinion from someone who enjoys food and supports local businesses . We went in for dinner around 5 pm, and it seemed to not be too busy. My wife ordered the downtown burger with fries to substitute instead of chips, but they did not substitute they just added the fries on another charge, which is fine , and i ordered the cheesesteak with peppers and onions. When our food came out, i was not pleased with the presentation of the cheesesteak it looked like one of those small hoagie/sub rolls you buy from Walmart that was toasted with very little filling of steak peppers and onions but it did have enough cheese for 3 more cheesesteaks. The cheesesteak overpowered in cheese with very little steak which it wasn’t a steak umm that you sometimes get as well with diced peppers and onions.(Yes, as i sit here now writing a review, a picture would have been better to describe what i mean). But anyway, as i look over to my wife’s plate, i see her burger, which looks like a small portion and nothing to be pleased about burger with a few strips of bacon and a piece of lettuce and fries that look slightly overdone with no taste. I wanted to give this restaurant one last try, maybe hoping that from our last experience our food would have been better but it was not and we simply will not be going back

Never really had any issues with the food. Decent club Sandwiches and the gravy fries hit the spot. From breakfast to dinner I cant complain. Atmosphere is quieter and laid back compared to some places in town, which can be nice. Up front there is the choice of counter or booth seating. Booths offer a little juke box for your listening pleasure. The dining area is comfortable and usually has some old school crooner music playing. There is also another section for parties and a bar area. Service varies from waitress to waitress over the years. Currently there are new faces which add to the positive atmosphere of the Restuarant. Worth a stop!!

The food was completely sub par. We asked for disco fries but there was no cheese, the fries were luke warm and totally sog city; not a bit of crispness! The tuna they used for my melt was not albacore but chunk light I suppose that tasted like my cats canned food smells. VERY FISHY! My husbands burger was pretty darn small compared to what we get at diners and the same goes for the fries. There were hardly any customers but the service was slow. One and done!

The atmosphere was wonderful for a bar setting and the staff were sweethearts but sadlt the chicken fries i got i felt i couldve made at my house and besides the forst onion ring the rest of them just slivered out the batter when I bit em 🙁 I also felt the menu was very small once you take away burgers and salads. Again though if you know how to carry yourself and make conversation youll be surrounded by great peopke and anything you need the staff will gladly help you out! Sarah is a sweetheart and the pool lady was awesome.

Food was perfect. Service was top notch. We came from Iowa to visit my Dad here in Pennsylvania. We went to dinner and we had the baby calves liver dinner and eggplant parm. Both cooked perfect, everything was so good we returned for Sunday breakfast and the food and service again didn’t disappoint. Highly recommend.
