I can confidently say that Corbeaux Wine and Tea House is currently at the very top of my personal dining list — honestly, even more impressive in flavor than many Michelin-starred restaurants I’ve visited.

The chef masterfully blends French techniques with Asian influences in a way that feels both refined and creative. We ordered the daily specialty, and it was outstanding — the fish skin was perfectly crisp, while the flesh was incredibly silky and delicate. It was beautifully executed.

The brioche served with lavender honey butter was aromatic, smooth, and subtly sweet — absolutely delicious. The pâté plate was another highlight. The raspberry Szechwan rose jam was a brilliant touch, balancing the richness of the chicken pâté and making the dish feel surprisingly fresh and vibrant.

The filet mignon was exceptionally tender — it practically melted in the mouth.

Overall, this was a five-star experience for me. If you’re visiting Temecula, this restaurant is an absolute must-try.

I suppose you’re paying for the experience, atmosphere and pictures. However, at this price point, I do expect better food and service. I ordered pate, though I never got it. My waiter did not apologize for forgetting my food. Happily, we ordered two trays which were enough to offset the missing pate. One of the chicken curry sandwiches had some very dry (perhaps freezer burned) chicken. Again, given the price point one expects better. Though it was all very cutesy so perhaps that’s what one is paying for.

This place is at the very edge of Old Town Temecula not far from the parking garage. When I walked up I thought it looked very cute. They have the place decorated with lots of fancy mirrors and picture frames. Flowers and lights as well. At the front theres a nice bar and lots of tables around. I tried the tea experience and loved it! It came with a 3 tier tray. At the bottom were sandwiches, in the middle desserts, and at the top was the fruit. I really enjoyed everything, even things I didnt think I’d like. It also came with a big pot of tea which kept the tea warm the entire time. The tea I chose was so good that I had 5 tea cups of it. I also tried a cocktail called the “Elise” which i also liked a lot. The experience was a little pricey but it makes sense to me. Lastly, the waitress was very attentive, friendly, helpful and informative. I will definitely return.

Delightful ambiance with experienced sommeliers serving the tables. I chose the pre fixe dinner with tea pairings. Each tea pairing was unique and really suited each dish. So far this is the best meal I’ve eaten in Temecula. Highly recommend.

I don’t think i ever had better food that was served in this restaurant. We tried pate plate, black cod, duck, filet mignon and scalloped potatoes. Everything tasted so goooood that i had to close my eyes while eating it! Every single dish was 10/10!! Service was amazing too, very knowledgeable servers and bartender. Definitely recommend to try out this place to expand your palate.

We’ve lived in Temecula for a while, and never knew this place existed until we looked up tea places. We couldn’t make afternoon tea but booked dinner for us instead. This place is located at the far end of downtown Temecula by the parking structure. When you walk in you can see the bar, with teas behind it, and a library and winery type of feel; very welcoming! The server gave us a few recommendations to start and we ordered drinks, their cocktails were delicious. I ordered a gin mixture and my wife got a mocktail version, they have a very versatile bar with cocktails that have tea mixes.
We ordered several appetizers (grilled cabbage and caviar trio and spicy grapes). All three were amazing and the spicy grapes, which has goat cheese and olives and bread, was our favorite dish! We also ordered the black cod which was mouth watering and perfectly portioned. We ended the night with the seared butter cake, and we did not regret it. This place was amazing from top down. We will definitely be coming back soon. Also note this place price wise is reasonable but everything can add up quickly. Well worth the cost in our book!

First visit here did not disappoint! Gabe was our server and an absolute delight who engaged in conversation, advice and recommendations. The decor reminded me of a small intimate European French bistro, ideal for a girly gossip or an intimate date. The small plates were scrumptious, the dinner menu fabulous and the food tasted divine! The desserts are rich and decadent, a grand finale to a few hours of amazing taste, service and enjoyment. Now let’s talk about the cocktails – I want a loyalty card as determined to go through every one – Her Majesty was my favourite – it was fresh, tasty and fruity without being sweet. There are great offerings if you just want to pop in for a drink and a nibble or go mad and spend a few hours indulging in the fusion of dinner tastes. Love, love the whole vibe of music and I will certainly be back!

This place is super cute for afternoon tea. My Mom and I dragged my husband and Dad along, so ordered a charcuterie board in addition to the sandwich/pastry tiers. Our server John was a really sweet guy and very attentive. It’s recommended to make a reservation so they know who’s having the tea.

The short ribs were flavorful and filling pairing well with the hojicha green tea. The menu has many gluten free options and the couch was a relaxing place to socialize. The wines and cocktails has a variety to satisfy anyone’s pallets. The top choices from my visit being the cocktail el corazon and the dessert wine sauternes.

I ordered the short rib and eggs, kinilaw, sorta Caesar salad, and a cocktail. The cocktail was excellent — unfortunately, it was the only highlight of the meal.

The kinilaw was aggressively acidic to the point of being unpleasant, the Caesar salad dressing had virtually no flavor, and the hamachi on top was drowned in pepper. The short rib and eggs lacked even basic seasoning, which is baffling for such a simple dish.

The space itself is cute, but the service did not match. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet it took an absurd amount of time for our order to be taken. When my food finally arrived, it came without utensils — an oversight you’d expect from a food truck, not a sit-down spot. To top it off, our waiter carried an unnecessary attitude the entire time.

Overall, unless you’re stopping in just for a drink, this place is a waste of time and money.
