My wife and I just went to dinner to Coray Kitchen. It was one of the best restaurant experiences that we’ve had in the capital region. The staff was very attentive and amazing. Our waitress Cydney was so informative and even remade a drink for my wife so that she could thoroughly enjoy it on her birthday evening.
She was the sweetest and even brought my wife a small treat to enjoy when we get home!
The food was absolutely delicious from the gnocchi to the Spanish paella!! Farm to table at its finest!
This restaurant has been on our list of visit for a few months now and we were finally able to experience the magic that is Coray Kitchen.

We tried Coray on the recommendation from a friend who claimed the food was “life changing.” They were not wrong. Everything we had was amazing – 5/5 will be back again. Seasonal menu so it changes, but photos include the tomahawk pork chop, sweet potato ravioli, and the scallop special. Wine list was also very good.

Never been so stopped in ands were happy we did. Sat at the bar, had no reservations but it was fine. The specials were really different and delicious. I’d put their filet up against anyone’s in the area and it was cooked perfectly. Nice to have fresh coffee after a meal also.

I have been to Coray multiple times and have always had an amazing time. Great atmosphere and ambiance/decor. You will have a wonderful experience whether you dine indoors or outdoors. Food and drinks never disappoint (great, well balanced cocktails) and service is top notch. So happy that this is in Delmar.

Truly one of the best meals I’ve had in my life. The heritage pork chop was my favorite – every bite was unbelievable. The Ahi Tuna was also excellent, reminding me of a fancy sushi dish. Lobster pasta and halibut were very good, and would easily be the best dishes of any other restaurant.

After hearing about Coray Kitchen numerous times (and checking out the new season’s menu at every mention), I finally had the chance to experience it and treat myself to some takeout (yes, they do takeout!). The roasted rainbow carrots were absolutely delicious. The flavors and textures worked SO well together that I can’t wait for the next time I can make my way down and try some more. Front of house staff were very nice on the phone and in person as well!

Really, finally, outstanding restaurant in the heart of Delmar, New York. If you haven’t come to Bethlehem to eat, it’s time! Origin story is cool. Reservations are a must, even for the bar at this time. Beautifully converted restaurant. Lots of easy parking. Food is elevated. Clean, ideal portions, beautifully flavored, unexpected fusion. Nothing was overpowered. Nothing was over sauced. Nothing was too salty. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Drinks are fun and delicious. Desserts are unique and equally delicious. They are fun dessert coffees that were on the first drink menu. If you don’t see something you thought you saw. Just double check with your weight staff. You can see their specials on Google, Facebook page. Handicap accessible. Very accommodating for food allergies. Nice flatware, real linens. Might want to consider water on the table or have it a request option or offered. Bathrooms are all genders status. Very clean. Tighter layout. Coat rack at the front is definitely a must. Only qualm is how fast can I get back. Enjoy.

After reading their about story, I had high expectations for this restaurant. Anyone could easily tell this would be a good restaurant. My expectations were exceeded and then some, good doesn’t begin to describe what this restaurant is. From start to finish, Coray Kitchen is an experience. The food was beautifully curated, every flavor was intentional. Casey was at the door to welcome us and checked on us multiple times during our visit. The ambiance was gorgeous, modern with a touch of in season floral arrangements and sweetly decorated with their kids art. I can not recommend this place enough. The menu changes with the seasons so go asap if you want yo try anything pictured, the yucca fritters were my favorite and “Javi’s garden” cocktail was so refreshing.
