We had such an incredible experience here last night. Charlie our server was knowledgeable and very funny. He gave great recommendations from the appetizer, to the drinks, to the meal, to dessert. First time here but will definitely be back. My husband got the steak and thankfully he shared because it was amazing. My braised short rib pasta was so good and the sautéed spinach was so good! We had such a great night. Thank you!

Wonderful dinner for our group of 10 people to celebrate my nephews boot camp graduation. Food was amazing. We had a mix of steak and pasta, and all of it was fabulous! Prices were affordable, as was the wine. Our waitress was kind, helpful and engaging. I highly recommend, and definitely make reservations!!

You must visit this authentic family Italian restaurant with amazing stylish architecture that offers prime steak selection. Reservations can be done on website for convenience. The restaurant has tasty appetizers, delicious entrée that comes in large portions. Let’s not forget mind blowing creative desserts. Large selection of Cocktails, Coke Products and refreshing lemonade. Saul and Christian were very friendly servers that made the experience memorable. The manager came out to thank us for dining with them and to make sure we enjoyed the our experience. Plenty of handicap and regular parking.

A genuine 5 star experience in every aspect. The staff—hostess, bus boy, server, manager, bartender, were all so kind and committed to their work. By the way, our server Jared was amazing and carried our experience. From the moment we stepped in till we were leaving, we felt wholeheartedly welcome. The food was also amazing. We ordered a variety of small and large dishes and they were all exceptional. My children, who rarely care for fine dining, genuinely loved everything (even the vegetables!). Everything was flavorful, soft, and worth the money. You’d never know this existed just along mainstreet if you didn’t look, so its a real hidden gem of Libertyville downtown restaurants.

Omg this is a hidden gem! All the dishes were so tasty and the staff felt like old family friends. The ambiance is cute and fancy without being pretentious. Good variety of drinks and the butter cake was an amazing blend of flavors! I would visit again and again!

This restaurant is amazing! We went there tonight for dinner and it exceeded expectations. It is fine dining at its best, without being pretentious. The food was incredible and the service impeccable. We all had steaks and they were absolutely perfect. We all raved about how this was one of the best meals we have ever had in a restaurant. I wish I could remember our server’s name, but he was phenomenal. My son was even gifted a butter cake with gelato dessert for graduating from boot camp. This was the perfect graduation celebration dinner!

We had dinner here for my birthday and it was such a wonderful experience. From the food to the service and the ambiance. It was just perfect! I had the chicken parm and it was a huge portion. I took half home. It was delicious as was the butter cake with caramel ice cream that they brought me with a sparkler. It was so fun and we enjoyed every minute. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great birthday experience!

Lovely anniversary dinner out last Saturday night. Everything we ordered to eat was excellent, starting with the octopus appetizer special. A great charred taste that was delightful! House salad with house dressing was delicious. For the main course, I had the herb ricotta ravioli and added salmon. Both were stellar. Husband had short rib pasta, which he enjoyed as well. We were surprised with a cannoli dessert for our anniversary. Great presentation and so good!
Only minor complaint on the night was that I requested a quiet table for two and we were given a table in the bar area right next to the bar seating. Not exactly the intimate atmosphere I was picturing. Still worth it for the really great Italian food!

Service was excellent along with the food. The restaurant was busy and could definitely use more staff in order to attend to everyone in a timely manner. We came on a busy night and the staff tried their best to accommodate everyone. We will definitely be back. We had the lamb chops, delmonico, vodka rigatoni, steamed mussels in a spicy red sauce, and pizza fritta.

Our food was delicious and generous quantities. The restaurant is very well appointed and comfortable. The acoustics, however were a bit challenging. Our service was impressive: from the host, to the bartenders, servers and manager. All top notch. It was my first time dining there (but not our guests) and we will certainly be revisiting them soon.
