This was my first time at Copperhead Bistro and there wasn’t a single thing that I didn’t like (other than I didn’t have room in my stomach for more food). The food is flavorful, beautifully plated and the portions are appropriate. The ingredients are fresh and made with love! I have never had a better crouton in my life and the Garlic Cheesy Bread is to die for.

I’d been keeping an eye on this location and was excited when a new restaurant opened up, so I decided to give takeout a try. The owner was extremely friendly on the phone and when I arrived to pick up my order. The pizza definitely satisfied my craving for a good NY-style pie, plenty of quality cheese and a nice fluffy crust. Will definitely have to come back for a lunch special or happy hour in the future. It would also make a nice place for a casual night out.

This is a new restaurant we just happened to come across. It was an amazing decision. We had the luxury of meeting one of the owners, Josh, and had an amazing conversation with the waitress, Laura. The entree was exquisite and the dessert was transcendent. The night ended with socializing with other patrons which was the cherry on top. A huge congratulations to Josh and his best-friend for creating an amazing atmosphere with equally amazing food! (I highly recommend the lasagna trio)

Such a well thought out concept. Very comfortable and inviting. And honestly if the food was okay that would be enough. But the food was Out of this world delicious!! I found out they make all of their sauces and dressings in house! Pizza from scratch with fresh ingredients. Ohh the braised short ribs and a full bar. You’d better stop by quick before everyone finds out and there is a huge wait.
