The only place right off the road that serves hot and nutritious soup. So tired of hamburgers, wings and pizza abounding in the area. I got the forest panini which was right on the money accompanied well by homemade lentil veggie soup. Hit the spot. No public WIFI, data bars depend on the weather.

The Copper Pot Bistro is a warmly inviting delicious spot! We stopped on a cold winter day and enjoyed such a simply yet beautifully presented lunch. My steaming hot generous bowl of soup was loaded with vegetables and lentils and served with sourdough and the hummus of the day. My husband enjoyed the Forest panini served with a crisp, fresh salad. We were so full, we took homemade cake and scones to go. Lenka was lovely, welcoming, and warm. We will definitely be back.

What a cute hidden gem. The moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels warm and welcoming — the decor is vibrant, colorful, and full of personality (from the cozy lighting to the beautiful details around the counter). It’s the kind of place that instantly puts you in a better mood.

The lady working there was genuinely kind and made us feel right at home. They have a great selection of pastries (everything looked fresh and tempting), plus a solid variety of coffees and teas. We grabbed drinks and they were smooth, comforting, and perfect for hanging out in the space for a bit.

If you’re looking for a café with a unique vibe, friendly service, and lots of tasty options, this place is absolutely worth a stop — we’ll definitely be back.

Fantastic lunch spot. Coffee, tea and fantastic hot sandwiches. We didn’t try the quiche and the apple, fruit and other fresh baked pies, but will be back to try them. Family owned.

I decided to try this place even though some of the reviews were questionable. Not many but there were some. And I’m floored! Anyone who left a bad review is completely insane! The food is so outstanding and organic and fresh there is no possible way that you could ever say anything bad about this place! Unless you’re an extremely sensitive rude Karen. The woman that owns this place works so hard and tirelessly and goes above and beyond to give you the best experience you possibly could have. She is meticulous in her detail add strives to give you the best local or global ingredients that she can possibly find. No matter how busy she is she will stop everything and go above and beyond to make your food extra special. What people may not realize is that she is doing it all by herself with no help! She is in a very remote small White mountains town that is already very challenging economically especially for a business that wants a sustainable growth. I have honestly never met a more personable, friendly and honestly loving business owner. She truly and genuinely loves and appreciates all of her customers and she shows it greatly. Before you leave a bad review for a ridiculous reason, give this place an honest try. Some of the reviews that were low we’re from people that didn’t even stay long enough to try anything. And it shows. Because anyone that tasted anything she made could never leave a bad review! This place has to be the best place I have tried in all of the US! Authentic European food! I am just wowed by this place!

Fresh, delicious, and friendly. What an amazing hidden gem. The coffee was so good and fresh. You can tell they use high quality ingredients in everything. The homemade hummus was so incredibly delicious. The bagel was fresh. There’s so much good to say about this place. You can tell the owner really cares about this place and her customers. I saw some of the reviews, there is definitely a place to leave your trash from your breakfast or lunch. I totally understand her not wanted people leaving their mounds of car trash in the barrels. It keeps the place clean.

It’s all about the food and the woman behind the counter here. Lenka, is, how do I put it, extraordinary. The grass fed chili was so good, as was the banana nut bread, hot cider, and cappuccino. Vibe was also homey. Gracious hosting. Would come back any time in the area.

Nice place with delicious chicken soup, paninis and fresh salad! A charming host as a bonus Big choice of coffees. The atmosphere is really great. While our food was preparing (very fast though), we were enjoying looking at the photos of a local photographer.

Open entering I thought it was beautiful in there very well organized and then a dog came out from behind growling at the two of us and then the owner finally came out started playing with the dog while someone else was making food she scooped the dog up and brought the dog right over to the food counter I turned around and walked out I had seen enough This place was not for me and I wouldn’t suggest bringing your small children in there if the dog would just came out growling at us it’s surely going to do the same to the next never got a chance to try the food after I saw what I saw there was no eating there for me or anything else for that matter Dogs Don’t belong in the kitchen with food

The Bistro was close to our hotel. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff was friendly. I really enjoyed my coffee and the chocolate cupcake. My only suggestion is for the meat to be hot and cheese to be melted on the breakfast sandwiches. Overall, the experience was nice.
