Copacetic Cowboy is the best bar in Denison! The ambience is so chill. We love the snacks, the bartenders are THE BEST and you make friends with every patron that walks through the door. Seating is cozy. DRINKS ARE AMAZING. And I must add-the bathrooms are the nicest in town. (They offer the expensive toilet paper). If I could give them 10 stars I would. Love Torrey, Cody and Carleen so much!!!

This was my first time trying this place. To start off when you walk in the vibes are very cozy & chill. you have the option to sit wherever with lots of options. i decided to sit at the bar and upon sitting i was served popcorn! very unique and delicious! the owners are really great at attending everyone’s needs. don’t even get me started on the chips and queso! the BEST homemade queso i’ve had in grayson county! i could have more than a bowl if i wanted to! this location is a hidden gem and i encourage everyone to give this place a shot!

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Copacetic Cowboy several times so this review is long overdue! It is truly such a great addition to the Denison community. The drinks are delicious (they have an extensive rare liquor collection), the aesthetic is unique and inviting, and the staff is always so fun and knowledgeable. They have a record player and a huge record collection which is a really cool addition! I’ve done girls nights, date nights, and celebrations here and the vibe is always 10/10. Can’t wait to go back!

Best cocktail bar in Grayson. Owner is an expert mixologist. I’m like “make me something with gin” and he’ll whip out something spectacular. Super talented and the drinks are always a 10 outta 10. Atmosphere is the best…speakeasy with a great decor, easy music and stunning women coming and going all night. THE best bar in Grayson. Try it out!

They’ve been open about a week and we enjoyed our visit. We will definitely be back. The service was friendly and competent. We ordered a selection of drinks and a charcuterie board. All were tasty. I hope they soon expand their food selection and fancy up the cocktails. I ordered a Moscow mule and it was served in a glass rather than a copper mug. The garnishes were minimal. The atmosphere is great inside. I have high hopes they will be amazing as they find their footing. We can definitely use a cocktail bar in the neighborhood.

Came in for a cocktail and some food. We opted for the quesadilla, stuffed mushrooms and guacamole. All are excellent choices. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Tons of ambiance!

My wife and I stopped in here the other day on a whim and we LOVED this place! GREAT drinks!! Super attentive bartender mixing us up all kinds of adult goodies! Street in front of them is under construction so help them survive the construction and give them a visit if you’re in need of good cocktails and great service!!
