The last time I ate here was 45yrs ago I am very glad it was still there. The place seems smaller, but the outside seating is a nice change. I had to wait for the corn pie to be finished, but it was worth the wait

We weren’t sure about eating here since some of the reviews were off. We were pleasantly surprised though!!! My partner is Bolivian and he was happy with the food. Our group was impressed and happy to try some delicious food. The dishes have great portions and great flavor.

Popped in here while visiting the Market. Their Market breakfast (2 fried eggs, roasted Spanish potatoes and choice of sausage links or crispy bacon) was so delicious that I ate it all before I could take a picture Got a warm fresh from the oven buttermilk biscuit. Huge cup for coffee which we appreciated early in the morning. But the best part was talking to Pam (grand daughter to the original owners) to hear the history

Absolutely would recommend this as a can’t miss place to eat

The view was ALMOST as enjoyable as the staff and food

Love love loved every bite, every second of our experience here. Staff was so sweet, no frills menu offering breakfast, lunch/dinner. Beautiful outdoor seating up and above the ruckus of the market, great people watching. Skip the coffee, pretty but not very good, the salad was pretty drenched in vinegret. The Papa’s were phenomenal and the corn, cheese.. square was so so so so so delicious. Home made hot sauce was a cherry on top.

We ate here six years ago and had a terrible experience with the service. I didn’t leave a bad review then because I thought they might have just been having a bad day, and the food was actually really good. We came back today, but the service is still the same. From waiting to be seated to taking and delivering our orders and refilling water, everything took forever. They are only fast when giving you the check. We will never come back to this place. There weren’t even many people being served at the time. It’s likely bad management holding onto terrible employees

I had a blast here at Copacabana. I ate alone for lunch and loved the balcony view of the street. Jeremy, my waiter, was phenomenal. Very attentive and helpful. I know Bolivian food very well having lived in Peru for years, so I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and accuracy of the meal.

I thoroughly enjoyed the salmon a la huancaína (uses peanut instead of cheese) and because I came at the end of breakfast I also got a great cinnamon roll. The weather was perfect, the food was quick, and the atmosphere was perfect. Definitely the highlight of my Seattle business trip!

Bolivian here. I was disappointed drove 4 hours and the food was not it. It does not taste good.
I think there are only two Bolivian dishes like salteña and picante de pollo. So I think is weird that they claim to be a Bolivian restaurant.
Salteña has raisins and the dough is super thin, i would not call it Bolivian. Rice is brown rice?? Or burnt not sure but does not taste good at all. Lomo saltado tastes like Asian teriyaki.
Big disappointment. Staff is super nice but maybe they need to take some notes from Llama Party in NY. The place around is packed, people are making lines to go to all the restaurants but this one is empty and now I see why. Location is beautiful they just need better tasting food.
If you are Bolivian you might get disappointed. If you are not you might still be disappointed for paying $26 per dish to have a bad tasting rice served.
Again staff is amazing and hopefully management can get their ingredients right. You don’t need ingredients all the way from Bolivia to make the dishes taste good.

Wanted to try something new and a Bolivian restaurant was definitely something off the beaten path. It was amazing! Our waitress was very friendly and informative when we had questions. We sat outside and overlooked the street along the marketplace. We had the Estofato which was awesome. So much flavor. Also, ordered some singani, a Bolivian liquor. This place was wonderful and would go again in a heartbeat. We’re gonna look up Bolivian restaurants when we get back home cause of this place. Stop in, it’s worth it for sure.
