I can’t say the same for the host lady that greeted us unfortunately, I believe everyone deserves a smiling face when they are greeted.
We had a problem with the temperature, it was taken care of immediately. Waters, sparklings, drinks- impeccable service really. I’m really impressed
Food:
Pretzel Bread 6/10 – Good, but nothing special
Calamari – 7/10 – Good, definitely will order again.
Chicken Potstickers: 5/10 – mediocre
Brussel Sprouts: 10/10 – out of this world
Sashimi- 4/10 : Frozen fish? Too pale, no taste. To much wasabi.
Risotto: 10/10 unbelievable.
Churrasca: 10/10 – nice, beefy steak, I did not like that it had so much fries with- again, fries killed the beautiness of the plate. But overall really good steak.
I will come again with my wife.
They are open for brunch, lunch and dinner so plenty of options for those time periods with matching drinks if you prefer. Cooper’s has a wine club for those that are more regular drinkers.
Had the grilled tenderloin medallions from their Life Balance menu, and it was perfect for those who are watching their caloric intake. The smoke salmon on toast was another good choice for those watching what they eat. Despite the healthy tags on these entrees, they were very flavorful.
Finished off with an Americano and their seasonal dessert offering which is a brownie with macchiato cream and topped with pistachio ice cream. Very good so get it while they have it. Size is quite shareable.
All in all, bewildering choices. I would just go there and have their chef’s recommendations or seasonal offerings. I don’t think you will go wrong.
Quick and polite service. Ample parking. Modern ambiance. Highly recommended. I would definitely go back. Reservations recommended.
Their happy hour specials are fantastic! We tried the smash burger sliders and the French dip sliders, both served on Hawaiian pretzel rolls… absolutely delicious. We kicked things off with a bottle of Prosecco, and for dessert, the s’mores budino was the perfect sweet ending.
We’re wine club members and consistently enjoy great experiences here. Cooper’s Hawk nails that casual, upscale vibe every time. Highly recommend!
The review only gets 4 stars because Corporate Cooper’s Hawk needs to bring back Rhubarb!

Can’t wait to come back .
The food is always delicious, I was so happy they brought back the banoffee dessert. But our go to are the southwest egg rolls. I dont think we’ve had a bad meal!
