Our service was excellent. Were started out with a wine tasting hosted my Tomas. He was kind and very personable. We also received a lot of insightful knowledge about wine from Vanessa. Absolutely adore her. Both of them gave us great recommendations. Then we got seated at a table after the tasting and our server Justin was also amazing. My only problems with our experience was the cleanliness of the facility. The floor was outrageously sticky so much so that my friends sandal got stuck to the floor when we tried to move. We complain about it and literally nothing was done, and the bathrooms were also a mess. Full trash cans, no toilet paper, gross sinks. I will add pictures below. Overall it was a good experience with good food and wine, they just need to be better about keeping the place clean

Hunter at the wine tasting experience was amazing!!! He was incredibly knowledgeable about wine, very welcoming, and super friendly.
The appetizers and most of the food are always great. The steak, honestly, isn’t the highlight, but everything else is amazing.
Our server did seem a bit rushed and even tried to take my plate while I was still having dessert, which wasn’t ideal.
Overall, it’s still a great experience. You have to come see Hunter at the wine tasting! We even signed up to become members and can’t wait to come back—hopefully to see him again. ✨

I went to the restaurant at lunch time with a group of friends for an early birthday celebration during the holiday. The place has such a good vibes, clean with beautiful decorations. There was outside patio seating available but we chose to sit inside. We ordered a bottle of Coopers Hawk Lux Cabernet Signature wine and we ordered many appetizers and entrees. Everyone loves the wine and all of the appetizers were fantastic and all of the entrees we ordered were good. Andres was our waiter he gave very good service throughout our dining experience. The restaurant is located at the Gardens Mall and very easy to find and there is plenty of parking. We had such great time at Coopers Hawks. I definitely recommend this place. And there is a wine club membership available for wine testing and discounts.

Today we celebrated my moms first published book and general manager Savannah Brochu and server Amanda made this night so special for our family. It made me so happy to see how caring they were to my moms celebration, they all signed a card to congratulate her and a complimentary desert of our choice. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. Cooper’s hawk in PGA is very lucky to have Savannah as a general manager and Amanda as a server, they were so kind and made our night so special. We will never forget, thank you so much!

We were a party of 2 on a Saturday night. They get pretty busy and had a 25 min wait, but the bar area has first come first serve availability. We sat at one of the booths by the bar. Music was playing but not too loud for conversation. Our server was great. I ordered the blackened Bleu prime skirt steak salad. You select your steak’s doneness level and mine was the cooked perfectly. It comes with 2 dressings and although they are probably not low calorie it was worth the extra calories. For dessert we shared a salted caramel créame brulee which was a nice ending to our meal. They have a great variety of wine to choose from and we even took a couple of bottles home.

The food itself was tasty, however, the presentation fell short. Unfortunately, my salmon looked unappealing, almost as if it had been recycled from another plate. That was the only downside of the evening.
Overall, great atmosphere, outstanding service, and excellent drinks. With improved food presentation, this would easily be a top-tier dining experience.

The place had nice lighting and the lady working in the wine tasting bar was super friendly and welcoming but the hosts weren’t at all. The wait was estimated to be an hour 45 min but when I got the text that my table was ready it took another 20-30 minutes which wouldn’t even have bothered us if they were nicer about it. The server barely came by to check on us and the churrasco was really disappointing but the Ellie’s chicken piccata was really good.

Jaimmy was an amazing server in the patio. Kienan was very knowledgeable in the tasting room. I had an amazing night with my wife and her dad. I appreciate the 10/10 service. Hope is also an amazing server:) the food is really good. The wine is the cherry on top.

Where do I even start?! Been a member since 2022 and KEMEN is somebody who should be valued always have to speak to him cause his customer service holds the upmost value since I been a member he the reason I became a member!! Tyler served me today and he was also a pleasure to have! Tony helped with dinner best server ever meeting our needs I love this location even though I moved closer to the Broward and had a pleasure of visiting the new Wellington location but Palm beach gardens is always home being able to see KEMEN brings back memories of knowing I’m taken care of and seeing him today confirmed that thank you cooper I will never cancel my membership when you have 3 awesome works like these I slowed down on coming but with these 3 I notice weekly visits are a necessity keep these awesome people and give them the upmost respect they represent the company well!

Overall a really good experience at Cooper’s Hawk. The service was attentive and friendly, and everything felt well paced throughout the meal. The bread was a bit overdone, but the Caesar salad was excellent and really stood out. A solid dining experience with good food and good service—I’d definitely return.
