Prioritizing speed over freshness. Every time I go there I get food that has obviously been sitting in a tray for a long time. Soggy and has the stale tray taste. They need to work on their freshness.

I picked up 2 chicken sandwiches and a rueben, also 2-3 packs of potatoe cakes. I waited inside, they were not busy at all. It was.my order and 1 drive through. Which was finished shortly after I ordered. The young girl wasn’t in any hurry to finish my order, even though I was the only one waiting. Another drive through ordered and they were done before I was. The rueben was fine, but the crispy chicken was cold and extremely brown also the chicken bacon swiss was just as gross. The sandwiches sat in a bag by the heat lamp waiting for the potato cakes. This is my last visit there ever!!!!!!

Haven’t been to this location in over a year, drive thru and ordered the kings Hawaiian roast beef, okay got a fish sandwich instead, that’s a little different than roast beef… so I called for the correct one I ordered, Jon was nice on the phone and offered to replace it but when I got the sandwich it was freezing cold and had very little meat on it less than anything I’ve ever seen on any of their roast beef sandwiches, not only was I left unsatisfied, but also felt like a huge waste of time waiting for a cold sandwich. Needless to say it’s easily going to be another few years before going back.
