All was amazing until entrees arrived. For a steakhouse- this was the most pathetic 10oz ribeye I’ve ever seen. Thin, hard fat, tough, low quality cut. Absolutely disgusting even with grilled onions garlic and mushrooms. DO NOT COME HERE FOR STEAK. This restaurant has an opportunity to be great and completely failed on what they specialize in. Very sad because its a cool place.

Delicious food, generous portions, no wait, and prompt friendly service made this a very enjoyable dining experience. We are taking home half of our meals to enjoy later. The server was very helpful with my food allergies, but the kitchen still sprinkled cheese where they shouldn’t. Pay attention if you have food issues. The only real downside is that the table tops are in need of refinishing. Ours was sticky with degrading finish actually coming off.

I literally cannot recommend this place enough. Our free appetizer was a small bowl of chili beans with biscuits. We ordered an appetizer of wings. The entree I ordered the steak bites of 12oz steak with some mushrooms. It came with a side of soup & salad. I also ordered a drink called “Malibu showdown” that drink was so good. I’m not a strong drink type of girl, so this was perfect for me. Our waitress was the sweetest I cannot remember her name I was so busy eating. She had red hair & she was amazing!

Don’t go with a big party. A/C does not work. Too hot in restaurant to even enjoy your drinks/ food. Server could’ve had a better attitude like she enjoys her job. When you ask for a medium well steak expect extra well done.

Hopped off the freeway to grab a good meal while taking a road trip. The restaurant has lots of seating and a great menu selection. We were seated immediately and our server was very attentive and friendly. The meal portions were large and the food was delicious. There is ample parking. I recommend here for a great stake dinner.

3rd visit here, came to celebrate my birthday with my family and it was the worst experience for the amount we spent. We won’t be coming back. Not the waitress’s fault. Management doesn’t have enough staff to adequately handle Sunday afternoon dinning. Food was good , but waitress so overwhelmed covering 2 rooms with 1 big party in each and additional tables as well. She was very friendly, but took off before we were finished ordering all appetizers due to being overwhelmed. I needed sauce and waited so long for waitress to return food got cold so we bagged up our own stuff had to help ourselves to boxes to pack our food from nearby cupboard. Bagged up birthday bread pudding and took home. Very sad birthday experience. I don’t normally give out negative reviews but couldn’t help myself as I don’t want anyone else to go through this especially for their family celebrations. No Manager on floor period. In my book that is inexcusable! It’s very sad this Resturant has lots of potential if managed properly in my opinion.

Came to the Visalia location while visiting family. Food was ok… overpriced, but what restaurant isn’t overpriced nowadays. Service was pretty good. Atmosphere was ok. I had the prime rib sandwich and was not impressed for the price. I should have just gotten the salmon. This was my first time visiting this establishment and will probably be my only time. Spent 150 for 3 people.

I was treated to dinner by our manufacturer company. I had never been to this place before and I can tell you other than the wait time I was not disappointed at all. But they do have couches you can sit on while waiting and trust me you do not want to get up oven you’ve sat down. I had a steak and hot potato very very delicious!!! My steak was cooked to perfection medium rare I am not a big fan of hot potatoes but this one was tasty great job to the cooking team
