My family and I stopped in after a beautiful dinner at the local “Tale of the Whale” and were pleasantly greeted by what I believe to have been the owners daughter. She insisted we try their special including a cookie with two scoops of ice cream, topped off with whipped cream and hot fudge. It was exquisite! I’ve never had ice cream with a better texture/mouthfeel, taste or consistency. I would highly recommend the banana pudding ice cream, as well as the Carolina crunch and the chocolate. I also realize chocolate chip cookies are very basic, but these were to die for! Thanks again for the wonderful time!

What a find! We were looking for an ice cream place, and this just happened to be the closest that was open at the time. The girl working was super sweet, the cookies were the best we ever had, and the ice cream was of course, delicious! Their pricing is quite reasonable for what you get! And we love that we’re supporting a ministry serving others, and that the ice cream is sourced from a local farm. If you have a choice, definitely go here!

Must come here! If you’re in line at another icee cream shop right now, turn around, get back in your car and come here. You can thank me later. You can feel the warm spirit in this place when you walk in. The ice cream- phenomenal! The cookie- phenomenal! They have the cutest little cookie cow i have ever seen!

Great experience! My wife and I both had waffle cones with the banana pudding flavor and moose tracks/chocolate chip cookie dough. Did not try the cookies as we were too full but they looked great also. This ice cream shop is very cute and especially clean. And the young boy working behind the counter was extremely friendly and informative as we came in the door. We will be back here!

was recommended the carolina crunch by four separate people but as someone who knows what they like (and it isn’t caramel, heath bars, or butterfingers!) i left that to my companions! all of them absolutely loved it though!

This is an absolute gem in Nag’s Head! The interior is gorgeous and the staff is friendly. Walking in and being hit by the smell of freshly-baked cookies is reminiscent of a warm hug from grandma. The ice cream is delicious and creamy and the prices are good for the amount you get.

Attached to Coastal Family Church so you might miss it if you didn’t know it was there. The Church’s road sign is large while the Cookies and Cream sign is listed underneath and smaller. The white chocolate macadamia nut cookie we got was warm and loaded with white chocolate chips and macadamias. The ice cream was good but a teeny bit freezer burnt, if I’m honest, so I gave it four stars. Clean, cute shop and friendly staff!

Seriously the cutest ice cream shop! Throw in cow decor, Christian music and the SWEETEST couple ever and it’s the perfect place! My husband got the cherry vanilla and cookie dough ice cream and I had the cherry vanilla and lemon crunch! The both were to die for!! Of course, we had to also get cookies and they were AMAZING!!!!

This was our first visit and I am so glad we went. The ice cream is delicious and the service is amazing. I had the Combined with maple ice cream and white chocolate macadamia cookie. We might need to go back tomorrow-it’s so good!
