We tried ice Cream on the waffle. Tried it for the first time really loved the combination hot waffle with cold ice cream. Staff was very polite and helpful. We took a take out and they were so nice to give double box so that it does not melt. Overall its good and I would recommend this place!!

came in on 10/14/25 later in the evening staff was incredibly helpful and allowed us samples to help decide. very great selection of ice cream and cookie dough, also topping !! they also offer lactose pill things very nice!! amazing will be coming back with my punch card!

We were looking for dessert in West Chester and when we saw this place on Yelp I knew I had to try it.
Ice cream, cookie dough, and snow cones are what they serve. I came for the cookie dough. They are happy to give you samples. They also have a waffle sandwich which looked great, but seemed like too much food at the time.
We got a milkshake with three scoops of caramel ice cream and two scoops of snickerdoodle cookie dough and then a scoop of cake batter cookie dough by itself with marshmallow topping, white chocolate, and cinnamon toast crunch.
The milkshake was good, but it was a lot. I also think the cookie dough didn’t stand out in the shake quite enough for me. The cookie dough scoop hit the spot for me. It’s really dense though, so don’t overestimate how much you can eat.
If you’re looking for a unique place to get dessert, this place is definitely worth a stop.

Excellent customer service! Fantastic flavors and such a cute place to sit. Open late till 11pm too! They also offer root beer floats, funnel cake fries, and other goodies if you’re not feeling up to cookie dough. A great stop for dessert!

Dope is a great place for dessert. Either cookie or even pie dough balls. They are delicious. There’s always some “craft” ice cream too. Mix and match is nice in case you don’t want that rich dough filling you up.

Idk what they are selling, but it’s not cookie dough. It’s like a mousse like texture of just pure sugar. I’m pretty sure they are whipping in cool whip for added volume. Nothing at all like the edible cookie dough you are expecting and hoping for when you come here. I can’t speak on the ice cream but seeing as the place is called cookie dope and they are promising “cookie dough” I’m rating on that solely. The place is clean and the staff was nice, the product is just not what it claims to be.

This place is so great! All the flavors of dough are really good and the owner is much more alletgy concious than many ice cream/edible cookie dough places. There’s seating, milkshakes, and a bunch of great toppings. I would highly reccomend Cookie Dope!

I visited the shop on April 27 a little before 9 and the girl had an attitude and her long black hair was down so it was in the coolers, inside the tubs of ice cream, AND it even got inside my cup with the ice cream. Like at this point her hair was wet with ice cream, so obviously I said something and she got me a new one and a different flavor (with that same bad attitude). I’ve actually never encountered something so gross in a shop. Yikes.
