I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves attention. I ordered a Big Double Burger and received a small, smashed burger that tasted undercooked. The chicken quesadilla was also very disappointing — barely any filling and poorly prepared.
The service was equally concerning. The young employees working the late-night shift were unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. When I pointed out that my order was missing items, I was met with skepticism rather than assistance, until I showed proof. This type of customer service is unacceptable.
As an active-duty Navy service member, I’ve enjoyed Cook Out at various locations across the country, but this visit left me extremely disappointed. The quality of the food and the conduct of the staff reflect poorly on the brand.
I strongly encourage management and Cook Out corporate to review the training and supervision of this location’s late-night team. Customers deserve food that is properly prepared and served with respect.

The food was just okay, but the service was absolutely unacceptable. The young lady who took my order was unbelievably rude. I don’t even eat at Cookout—this was my very first time—and when I simply asked what came on the burger, she practically snapped at me. She rushed me through my entire order and acted irritated when I reminded her about the ranch dressing I had already requested for my nuggets.
She was a young Black girl with stitch braids straight to the back. I’m not even sure if the name on the receipt belongs to her, because a young white girl handed me my drinks and she was actually pleasant.
This whole experience left a terrible taste in my mouth. I spent almost $30 just to be treated like an inconvenience. With so many other places offering burgers and nuggets—at better prices, might I add—the least Cookout’s employees could do is treat customers with basic respect. I will not tolerate being mistreated when I’m spending my hard-earned money.

Let me start by saying the staff is very rude..On this particular day a short white girl with a bun on the back had a very nasty and snappy attitude when my husband placed his order..The behavior is UNACCEPTABLE.. When it was our turn to proceed to the window she walked away to stop from helping us because she knew she was rude for no apparent reason, and the black girl that looks like a boy walked to the window and took our payment was just as rude…My burger was cold and under cooked.I use to speak on how good the customer service is. Customer service is AWFUL!!!

Today was our first time at cookout because it smelled so good but the burgers were just ok. The fries were salty and we could not eat those. The girl said cheese and bacon so fast that I didn’t know she had said it until the order of our second burger. Then the receipts don’t itemize so I don’t know what I paid for exactly or how much just the totals. I asked if they had another receipt and was give the credit card receipt. The food wasn’t enough to go back.

We had questions regarding allergies. The staff here went above and beyond and read the label off to me so they could verify it was indeed safe for my child to have. The food of course was amazing as always

I rarely ever leave reviews, but my sister and i both ordered chicken quesadillas and we were given cheese only. I asked for them to be remade with chicken, and they came out with only a tiny sprinkle of chicken. The workers also seem like they don’t wanna be there at all, but I can’t really blame them since they’re probably underpaid and overworked, and they work for a stingy company that gives out subpar food with mouse sized portions, causing customers to complain a bunch. I sure would be miserable in their shoes. For your next visit you may want to bring a magnifying glass so you can see your food because otherwise you may have a hard time finding it. Attached photo is the remade chicken quesadilla, though with that’s amount of chicken does it really qualify as a chicken quesadilla?

I haven’t been to Cook Out in several years, so kids & I tried it out (stage rd) before going to the Bartlett parade this year!
Service was quick, menu is packed with options. Prices have raised about $3 since I’ve last been, but that is understandable with economy/inflation.
Plenty of seating. Restaurant sitting area was clean as well as the restrooms.
Food still tasted great. Milkshakes were soo good…still sooo many options to choose from!!
Chicken sandwich not so great, but that walking taco was & the burgers were devoured by my kids, so that’s a total win!
Young guys running the registers like professionals! Kind, helpful & quick!
We will definitely be back to try more things!

Lady practically threw our food at us handing it to us and then closed the window as fast as she could and walked away. We didnt pay yet and waited for someone to come take our payment and when she came back she slammed open the window and with the biggest attitude said “whats the problem”. When we said we hadn’t payed yet she walked away, no apology or anything. Food was good but 0/10 customer service, however thats normal for this location. Ive never left a review before but i had to because it was unacceptable

Very good value and tasty. The spicy chicken sandwich was good for price but didn’t have much kick. The onion rings were a nice change. For under $8 bucks you get a sandwich, fry’s, onion rings and a soft drink.
Staff was super friendly and respectful. Overall well worth a visit if your in the area. Sadly paid for large beverage and only got regular. Wasn’t worth the fight to get a refund.
