We stopped here after a 4.6 mile hike in the Great Smokey Mountain National Park to get some lunch! The service went quick and food came even faster. Service was great and when the line got to 3 people they opened another register! Great staff here that really wants to strive for good service for their customers! The milkshakes are worth the hype as well!

9/27/2025. Got double burger (great)and 2 shakes. Fresh banana-great and chocolate chip mint- not so great.
There was NO MINT in shake. Very surprised as Cook Out is normally a 5 ☆ all around.

Cook Out on Pigeon Forge’s Parkway is a popular destination that requires it to have dining rooms on two floors. I love the 45+ flavors of shakes. The chocolate with banana is my favorite. It actually has tiny real banana pieces. One suggestion for Cook Out: The shakes only come in one size. They already have larger cups in stock for soft drinks, just make larger size shakes available.

Coming from up north, I kept seeing Cook Outs on the way and finally decided to try it. I coukd smell it from the road and I am glad to had it. Fast and friendly service for a very good burger with a huge selection of sides. Even the Mrs. approves.

Ordered the big burger tray with cheese no onion add tomato with fries and curds 9 dollars and change. Got back to the hotel opened tray grabbed the burger one piece of lettuce and no tomato which I requested a very few fries and 6 cheese curds. Very disappointing meal.

We went out for a late night food run and this was one of the available places open past midnight. It’s our very first time giving this place a try. The lady at the drive thru was so patient with us and even gave us a menu to take home to look at it more. We got the regular burger/steak style and he got the big double burger/cheddar. The burgers are FIRE!!! Literally we were mindblown and the cook out sauce is made for the burgers. Makes the flavor 100x better!! The price is super affordable for the quality and taste of the burgers. I highly recommend the regular burger it’s one fat burger meat. We will for sure come back before we leave! I will recommend this place for everyone to try while they’re in the area. Thank you!

Ordered a tray. Didn’t receive what I ordered. Even had what I ordered on the box but did not give me anything I ordered. Drink was covered in Coke Zero had to wipe it myself. Worst Cookout experience I have ever had! Do not recommend this cookout. Just terrible!
