Hardly a speck of ranch and little to no lettuce on my chicken wrap. I understand that working fast food is fast paced but there was only one other car there… please understand, people work hard for their money and would at least like their meal made a little better.

I’ve had good and bad experiences here. It tastes great usually but once my food smelled and tasted very strongly of bleach. Then today I went and got a big double burger and it had a twist tie with a metal wire in it soooo I’d say probably go somewhere else or dig through your food sniff it and pray over it cause idk

I always love going to cook out late night. I love their BLT sandwich tray with a huge coke. They have some of the best fountain coke. Their caramel milkshake is to die for but make sure you stir it up good, the caramel always settles to the bottom

Went their last night just to get a drink a sweet tea to be exact so I got their at about 11 and went to the second line because I was trying to my my experience as quick as possible so I could get home and waited 25 minutes for someone to come on the speaker the other first line was getting orders took I was passed by several cars I even tried saying “hello “ into the speaker I even called the inside and got nobody and was told by a fake person on the call center to “leave my name and phone number and they will call back later” so after waiting all that time I pulled up to the window and the lady was just sitting their on their phone at the microphone RIDICULOUS

If I could leave no stars, I would. Employee at he drive through, a girl, SO RUDE, we didn’t even finish placing our order and left. She was so impatient and nasty with her attitude. 0/10 would recommend. Like….. If this was our first experience here, and it was, YOU solely ruined it and we will likely never eat here (or try to) again. Ridiculous in customer service and I get bad days but we were not rude. She kept talking over us and got very rude when we didn’t order “right” instead of explaining what she meant or what options we had.

I sat at the drive through waiting for my order to be taken for over 10 minutes it wasn’t busy and they were taking orders at the other drive through after they pulled up after us and no one has come to the speaker this is ridiculous all I wanted was some drinks
