This is the worst Arby’s in this area, male kid running the drive-thru ignores you trying to place order. He will have you sitting there for 5 minutes he does this all the time to multiple people in vehicles. Then when you drive up to the window he walks off so you can’t see his face today it happened to me at 5PM and also the two vehicles in front of me, I’m calling corporate and the district manager this has been going on for too long at this location ONLY 11 1/2 and Van Dyke

Service was fast and friendly today. Food was hot and fresh. They changed the buns on the French dip sandwiches however, which is disappointing. The previous buns were perfect, these were a little too soft and not as good!

$25 for cold food. The smallest serving of curly fries and a shake that was almost forgotten. This used to be our go to for better food and service than the one closer to our house. It will be a long time before we give them another chance.

Well I just deleted my last review of this location first time ever but today 04/15/24 about 6pm, I came back and I didnt recognize any of the staff…the restaurant was very clean that was second new thing I noticed,but the best was my order was correct food was fresh and hot huge improvement from the past all the employees new what they were doing and I will continue to return it was a 100% turn around great job to the manager im speaking of the( second shift manager ) I don’t know anything about the first shift manager but I assume she/he also had something to do with the turn around also

Order is completely wrong. Why the hell should I have to sit in the drive through and pick apart my food to make sure it’s made correctly?? Guess that’s the only way to get it right. Smfh do better. Ordered no red sauce on both of my sandwiches and they’re SLATHERED in it. Disgusting. Thanks for wrecking my dinner.

Fast food can only be so good, but Arby’s has a better quality of fast food. I ordered my usual sandwiches from their Market Fresh menu: the Turkey and Swiss and the Corned Beef Reuben. I also ordered their curly fries. How can one go to Arby’s and not order their curly fries?
The speed of service was incredibly fast here. It was under three minutes total for me to sit down in the dining area after placing my order. All of the food was fresh; the sandwiches did not have any dry meat slices on it, and the curly fries were all evenly crispy and hot!
The cashier (name unknown) who took my order was respectful and provided good customer service. Good customer service will always keep me coming back as a loyal customer. Thank you!
