For this place to not have to open until 10:30 in the morning, this is definitely not how a chicken ranch wrap should be made. I have one single piece of wilted lettuce. I absolutely love Cook Out but this does not even look appetizing to me at all. My chicken Quesadilla only had maybe FOUR small pieces of chicken in it. They were not busy, we were the very first car in line.

First I’d like to say the young lady that took our order was the best part of this lunch experience. She was very nice and very well organized. The dining room was a total mess. I could understand if this was after the lunch rush but we ate there at 11:30 a.m. . The floors, tables and restroom was something like you see on an episode of restaurants disaster. The double burger was dry and had no flavor and the chicken wrap tasted like leftovers from the night before. I do not recommend this place for anyone. I do hope the young lady finds a job that better fits her personality. She deserves better.

I hope you’re not hungry when you get there, because they give you almost absolutely nothing. Three chicken strips barely longer than my thumb, 4-5 cheddar cheese bites and five hush puppies. Love spending $10 on this.

if I could give them a zero I would have. We went to Cook Out for lunch today. We ordered chicken tenders and Cajun fries. The chicken tenders were overcooked and rubbery and the Cajun seasoning put on the fries was so insanely thick and there was so much salt added that this was unedible. At no point should there be this much seasoning literally dumped on anything. I literally picked up a french fry and had to dump a pile off before I could even attempt to taste it. No sauce was offered and when I asked for some they were so stingy with it that it was ridiculous. Completely disgusting. Never going back. I should have just gone to Wendy’s.

This place always has a line wrapped around the building in the drive thru. The food was delicious and considering the quality of the food it was pretty fast. The only thing about this restaurant that I think needs improvement is that there are times where the employees don’t get to you in a speedy manner if you dine inside.

Always fresh and super cheap! Can’t complain too much. Some of the staff is hit or miss, but they aren’t outwardly rude..usually. The food is always hot, though, so I’m happy.

Family of four recieved an order for three at drive thru. My order was first given and after answering all the questions for a simple meal, then proceeded to order next three meals. Well, my order was not only not processed, it was never taken. First visit, last visit.

The guy who took our order didn’t seem like he was happy to help. When we came in he was cleaning the dining area he didn’t even acknowledge that we had came in. It took atleast 10 mins for him to take our order. I doubt we’ll be back.

Below is my original review. After work this is one of few places us eat so we return frequently. The issues were common. A few weeks after my original post, all issues seem to have been completely corrected. I am Very satisfied with every visit since. All new staff and great food and service. Great turn around and Great Job Cookout. I apologize for not updating my review sooner and Thank you for your efforts in resolving this.
