Be careful at this location. I got a burger and it was severely overcooked. The replacement was just as bad but I couldn’t wait. We were on the road from Florida to Indiana. My partner got burnt chicken nuggets. Got those replaced too but they were still overcooked. The magnet was kind and understood. She provided a refund for the scorched food. I hope this was a learning experience for their staff. Also the family that ordered right after us had the same problem. They got shakes as a consolation prize.

Beginning to end, great! The only thing I would change would be to post the lobby hours more clearly. The drive thru was fast, polite, professional, and in my opinion most importantly, patient. There were so many choices, it took me a while to order. The pleasant lady at the window treated me like an old high school friend rather than just another customer. After a few minute drive to my hotel, the fries were still crispy and the entire order was warm. My only complaint is that Cook Out is non existent in Colorado. Keep up the terrific work and thank you for making the end of my first night in town a pleasant night

We ordered Big Doubles with Everything. Burgers were dry, small and disappointing. Fries were great, though. Had we not already driven down the interstate before opening the bag we would have gone back. I have eaten at one of the Nashville stores and it was entirely different. That one was great. I’ve posted my burger. When I looked at what is pictured on the online menu vs. what I received, I was shocked!

Visited the drive-thru at this Cookout last night. I was very happy about the service. The female cashier at the window made sure to wipe off all cups of any drops of soda before handing them to me. I was very appreciative of that. The food was hot and delicious too. I would have given 5 stars for the food, but my drink tasted like a diet coke instead of a regular coke. It was all good though.

No one seems to know what they are doing, nor do they seem to care that we have been waiting on our food while others ordering after us have received their food. And it seems as though 3 of the 4 in on family received the incorrect items. The wait has been 30 minutes so far.

Wow the food was fast hot and fresh. It was our first time visiting a Cook Out and we are glad we did. I would have liked a friendly person taking our order maybe one that wanted to help guest. Even with that I rated 4 cause the food was really great. The menu was large and high so it wasn’t easy to read from the register. But again all that’s ok cause the burgers tasted just like if you grilled them.

The food took a long time. At least 10 other orders got their food before us. And they forgot my shake. Which I should have reminded them but when I finally got my food I was just excited to finally have my food that I just left and by the time I realized, I deemed it not worth the headache.
