Ordered two Big Burger trays and a 5-piece nugget through the drive-thru. The food was okay, but the experience overall was disappointing. I wasn’t given any napkins and only received two ketchup packets for a fairly large order. There was also a hair on the side of one of the drink cups, which was off-putting.
The food itself was decent, but the lack of attention to cleanliness and basic details really brought the experience down.

I was in line to order, and when I looked in the kitchen, I had to turn around and walk out. There’s no way that I would eat anything from the cook-out in Lagrange Georgia. It was completely filthy smelled like a grease pit that hasn’t been cleaned in months. That’s all I can say. The sad thing was watching how they were handling people’s to go orders.. if there was a way to give them negative stars, I would.

It pains me to write this as we have always enjoyed Cook Out’s milk shakes. My wife stopped in today for a meal. I ordered 2 hot dogs and sides and my wife ordered chicken tenders with sides. They called our number and my wife went and got the food. As we were opening everything up baby roaches started crawling out of the bag and from the plates. I took the bag and showed the cashier. She took the bag to the manager on duty. He came out and asked if I wanted a free milk shake or a refund. Advised him that I wanted a refund because we didn’t want to consume anything from there. He issued me a refund and we left after throwing all the food away. I did call the Health Department so someone could come down and check them out.

I very rarely leave bad reviews, however, after the bad customer service experience I had tonight, something must be said. Tonight when I was ordering my food through the drive-thru the cashier working the drive-thru was extremely rude. When I got up to the window to pay, I noticed that the lady who initially took my order was gone and another was at the window. I asked the lady at the window was she the manager and she said yes. I then told the manager my concerns/complaint about the rude cashier and she didn’t even acknowledge my complaint just said ok with an attitude. I then asked for corporate number and she told me it’s on the drink cup. When I asked the manager for her name she told me she didn’t have to give me her name. However, I was able to get a name off the receipt “Guwanda T”. On top of that, when I got home my food was cold and disgusting and missing the sauces I ordered -which I felt was purposeful. To say the least I had an horrible experience and I plan to reach out to corporate.

White castle sized patties on a regular bun. The Cheddar Style Big Double tasted fine and the Cajun fries were…lacking. Hard to justify the base price let alone the upcharge, especially when I got more bland grilled onions than beef.
The gal ordering in front of me did not appreciate the lackluster patty either. The employee addressing her concerns kept reassuring that there was nothing wrong with the patty. Either she didn’t grasp the idea of such a small patty being sad and not worth coming back for, or perhaps typical corporate policy “don’t talk bad about our product”. Who knows, not I.

Holy moly, I cannot believe this place can operate at all. Cook out is great, but this one is staffed by some folks that in really worried about. They didn’t seem to understand anything and based on what they game me proves that a basic food order was well out of their ability to understand….

Their food is good and affordable but how come my quesadillas only sometimes have quesodilla sauce when they’re always supposed to have it and then if they don’t and I ask for the quesodilla sauce on the side so I can dip my dry quesodilla I have to pay extra for it?? Just put it in the quesodilla to begin with like it’s supposed to come 🙁

What a sad, sad Cook-Out experience. Not only did the girl taking our order not know what in the world she was doing – the cook staff apparently don’t either. Thankfully they refunded our purchase but this place needs a complete overhaul of staff.
