Recently went to this location for cook out and went through the drive through. The staff was fast and drive through moved swiftly. Now for the food, the price was great and we always get the plate. The burger char grilled was delicious, the chicken nuggets platter with hush puppies and onion rings were great, and their oreo shake was amazing! Great chain and great prices!

Desmond was very welcoming and polite. I ordered a strawberry vanilla milkshake and my wife had the watermelon milkshake. We did not get any food however a lot of people in here giddy order food and others have highly recommended their food. I did say the milkshakes were good. The establishment is very clean and they get a lot of foot traffic, they also have a drive thru window which also services after 9pm when walk in closed.

Did you know a shake and a order of hush puppies at Cook Out, could be an excellent substitute for lunch? I say Shakes again, because
Cook Out shakes are so good, and I mean possibly the best ever, so that becomes the meal for the moment. Chocolate Banana, and/or Maple Fudge are two of the best, but don’t stop there, try all of the other 43 flavors and so many more combinations! The server at the counter this afternoon was just fantastic, a real pleasure to have such a nice person taking our order… makes it all taste so much better too. Eventually we’ll try something else on the menu!

We had the best experience with our drive through service on 11/15 at 9pm. I mention the time and date because I did not get the young gentleman’s name before we left. But we messed up our milkshake order (our fault 100%) and within a blink of the eye, your drive through person fixed it on the spot and was just so kind and understanding. I just wanted to commend him for being so solution and customer service oriented – not to mention quick thinking.
Should you be the owner or manager of this particular Cookout, that drive through employee of yours is amazing and I wanted you to know that you have got an A+++ employee there and I hope that we can draw your attention to him for a proper thank you.
Before I close out this note – I wanted you to know that I have normally gone to another close by fast food restaurant – who shall remain nameless…But from now on the Cookout on Hilton Head has got my business.

New to the island and thought we would grab a shake from cookout. We went after 8 not realizing the lobby was closed. No big deal. We placed our order and drove up to the window. Servers were very rude. We were handed our first drink and then told to give it back it was the wrong shake. Also, not a huge deal as that can happen. My friend got the strawberry shake. It wasn’t mixed together well and I got the snickers. I am not sure I had any snickers I the entire shake. It seemed to be just a plain vanilla shake.

I would love to enjoy my food but found a hair cooked in the cheese bites I’m glad I looked before consuming. This is the 2nd time the first time there was a hair inside my sweet tea and I only noticed after I had drank about half . I don’t think I’ll come back .

We go to CookOut in GA all the time. It’s amazing! Especially their shakes. We came to this location for their shakes, but the experience was very disappointing.
I noticed the lady was literally pouring the base of the shake and then adding flavors, or vice versa, but she did it so quickly, it literally took like a couple of mins to make all 4 shakes.
When we tried our shakes, you could tell they had not been mixed well. For all the shakes, the flavor was very little, and thw rest almost tasted plain. The worse of all the flavors was the moccha shake. We ended up throwing away all of our shakes.

Laquan Palmer, Fabian, and RJ at cookout #204 made sure that me and my family were feed. It was closing time and all three gentlemen ensured that they waited on us with smiles and professionalism. They were very respectful during the entire time. I was extremely pleased with their service and hospitality.
