Employees were nice, but I ordered an Impossible whopper, and they gave me a real meat double cheeseburger. They are different sizes and have different wrappers. Not the first problem I’ve had at this location either, unfortunately. I would’ve waited longer for this to be double checked, because it was the only thing I ordered. I shouldn’t have to rip the big open and inspect the sandwich before I drive away, just for me to get home to realize it’s something I can’t eat.

Been here a couple times now. Decent burger and great fries. Better than them McDonald crap fries.
Seems to be a very quite place though inside. Which kinda disappoints. This I guess is due to my childhood memories of Burger King.
They have a really cool seating area too. Just wish I had three other friends who liked coffee and games. Cause I could sit there for quite some time sharing stories and playing cards or whatever.
Also who in the heck said “let’s promote a SpongeBob movie”. That person should be fired. With current market trends, you want more folks my age in there, bring back the Pokémon. Heck when I was going to Burger King as a kid, they did a Pokémon thing, and my God you think “ Chick-fil-A” had lines…. Those lines are a joke in comparison.
You think Black Friday riots were bad…. Bring back them Pokémon gold cards and just watch…. But also make sure them workers have riot shield and batons too….

As I entered, cashier was viewing their phone screen, all while the mess I photographed was right next to them. I told them my order in detail, including that it was “for here”, only to be asked if my.order was for here or to go. Food was barely okay.

At first I thought it was a one off but been here multiple times on a weekend night 10:30 ish the night crew has been amazing everytime my fries have been perfect and my whopper just made great. I never make reviews for fast food joints but the service has been great here and I saw they had a 3.8 rating which I honestly think is probably from a old crew cause this guys have been awesome the guys who works the counter w a pony tail is a awesome guy just wanted to give some public credit when it’s def deserved because in this day and age the public treats entry level workers like crap and it’s not fair to them !

One Star – Unprofessional and Consistently Terrible Service. Every time I visit this Burger King, the service is awful. I only come back because it’s close to home. The staff act like they’re at home rather than at work—leaning on counters, yelling, and playing around like it’s social hour. I even included a photo to show how unprofessional they are.
They look visibly annoyed when you ask for basic things like ketchup or a fresh burger. Today, my onion rings were cold and the fries were burnt. I didn’t bother complaining because I didn’t want to argue or risk something worse happening to my food.
To make matters worse, they don’t wear proper hair nets. One of them had on a bonnet,which are for sleeping—not for food service. It’s unsanitary and unprofessional.
The only person who ever tries to make things right is the older bald manager. When he’s not around, I already know the experience will be bad.
I do not recommend this location to anyone.

Went through around 12:30am after having a horrible night and Jennifer was just an absolute delight and genuinely made it better. Her customer service and etiquette is amazing! Thank you Jennifer, you really did make my night better!

This place is amazing! We stopped there right before midnight to pick up food after a concert and the staff there were so accommodating and professional. They all had a smile on their face and got our order right even after we ordered 3 times! I am thankful for their kindness and patience. I love this place!

I usually use this drive through but I said hey what the heck I’ll go in . I waited 5 minutes before someone ever said hello and took my order . While it was 5 people I made eye contact with since standing at the register. Food is good when the food is fresh , unfortunately you have to ask them to make it fresh everytime .
