I just bought food through the drive thru and was handed my food without a bag or napkins. I had to ask for a bag. The lady that took my order and another lady just stood there, both with a grin on their faces like it wasn’t normal to ask for a bag and didn’t apologize or anything. The lady just handed me the bag and that was it. As you can see in the photo, this is what they handed me with the fries sticking out. I’ve NEVER been to a cookout that didn’t have my food in a bag. It was just strange! If you’re the store owner or General manager reading this, please have your staff know and make sure it’s mandatory to have customers food in bags. We’re paying customers to keep business running.

I used to live down the street from where this Cook Out was built, but I had not been here before. I came here with my sister and we dined inside. The inside is very nice and clean. We placed our order at the counter and the people who were working were super nice. I ordered a big double burger tray with white cheddar cheese bites and cajun fries. I ordered my burger with lettuce, mayo, cheese, and ketchup. I got a sweet tea as my drink. When we went, it looked like there was a fountain for customers to get drinks at, but it was blocked off. After placing our order, we sat for a few minutes and then our order number was called out for us to pick up. The food was delicious and the service was great.

It’s nice to have a location with a dine-in option.
The food was fast, fresh and a good value. The employees were efficient and friendly.
The only downside: The trash cans inside were overfull and the tables weren’t cleaned between guests. The whole place could use a good sweeping and wipe down, but it’s all very surface level stuff, not the grime of ongoing neglect.

The restaurant is clean, and the service is satisfactory. However, the food was underwhelming. The portion sizes seem to have decreased noticeably. When I bit into my double cheeseburger, it was mostly bun. The patties were significantly smaller than the bun and irregularly shaped, which was disappointing.

There were RAISINS in my strawberry milkshake?! I have no idea how this happened — it’s honestly hilarious. I didn’t even drink it because it was ruined, sadly. I’ll give some leniency to the staff since it’s New Year’s Day and probably insanely busy, but STILL… where did the raisins come from?!
I also ordered a chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato but got one with cheese and tomato.
Tipped $6 because the staff probably weren’t feeling too hot.
All in all – threw milkshake out, sandwich is edible but at least the cheese bites and onion rings worked out.

Leslie the cashier is ALWAYS rude and seems like anything you get or even asking for cookout sauce is a huge inconvenience to her. It’s been more than 3 times that this has happened and I didn’t want to leave a review cause I thought maybe she is just having an off day but no, it’s every time I go.

If I could give zero stars, I would, I went there. I could barely understand the man on the speaker when I receive my food I asked for the huge burger tray. I did not receive it in a tray. They gave it to me in bags. Everything just scattered everywhere and then in the tray that I ordered my grilled chicken sandwich with a damn pulled pork with coleslaw. I hate those types of sandwiches. It was soggy and falling apart. The service was horrible. Will never go back to this cookout again in my life.
