Went through the drive thru. 1.had to keep repeating the order because they “couldn’t hear me.” (As I’m screaming my order) 2. Didn’t get my full order so i had to go inside to get the rest of my order. Had to wait in line and they acted like they didn’t want to help. When they handed me the bag with what i thought was the correct food, i get home only to find out it wasn’t even the right food. Get to looking at the rest of my order and i see theses frys. I’ve always gotten cheese frys never have i ever had frys look this uncooked. Super disappointed won’t be back ✌

First time trying Cook Out & overall a mixed experience. They wanted to charge us $40 for 3 corndogs, 2 cheese fries & 2 trays. We questioned why it was so high & found out they were trying to charge us for lg cheese fries which we didn’t even see on the menu. We took one but still ended up paying $32. Not a cheap or best combo restaurant at all for fast food. Corndogs were so hot I burnt my hand trying to see if they needed to cool before giving to the kids. There was a hole in the container where hot oil looks to have melted the Styrofoam. Maybe I’d get again for just one meal or a milk shake/float but there’s better deals out there.

Great food, with awesome quality. Portion size is a match to the price. The music was to loud, and even louder in the restroom. Cleanliness was prompt between customers in the lobby but attention to detail was skipped as a clean table was available next to a window with fingerprints and it is a little distracting. But this will not stop you from enjoying the food. And you need to order a milkshake with your tray. Don’t forget you can have them customize it the way you like even mix 3 or more flavors for your perfect sundae in a cup.

This was one of the worst experience you can have with a fast food restaurant. I arrived in one of the lanes to order my food. It had already taken maybe 10 minutes from the time I arrived until I actually arrived at the order screen. It wasn’t do to the amount of customers. Someone asked me my name and proceeded to ask my to wait one moment. During this time I waited nearly 10 minutes and no one ever responded. As I waited I watched 4 cars enter the opposing lane and order their food and continue to the window and pay. After waiting 30 minutes i gave up and went to another restaurant. This cookout will be avoided in the future.

I don’t like that every time I finish ordering an item the cashier asks is that all ? I’ll let you know when I’m done. Seems like everywhere you go these days they want to rush you. Why can’t they give you a minute to order? On a better note. Their cappuccino milk shakes are soon good. Actually every milk shake I have ever gotten from there has been great.
