Staff were fine but my food tasted like styrofoam because my hush puppies were placed directly in the foam container and melted through. Everything else tasted fine that had foil/ paper packaging.

Ordered a “double cheese burger with ketchup and slaw” what I got was one hamburger patty sliced in two with no cheese. Go to counter and she says “but there’s two pieces of meat” right because you cut it in half. And of course a paper thin quesadilla to top it of. Way overpriced served with shitty attitudes

The service was great and walking taco was amazing, but the peach cobbler shake didnt have taste and the cookout style burger didnt have but a dab of coleslaw so I really couldnt taste that. The cajun style fries were good. When you travel and dont have the same restaurants back home you expect your original great experiences but sometimes your vacay day is just someone elses basic everyday so cant expect greatness everytime.

Sat in the second drive thru lane for 7 minutes with no sound from the speaker, no indication that lane was closed, then pulled into the first lane to receive a chicken quesadilla with barely anything in it and no spoons or straws for my two shakes.

I was there last night March 1st, in the late evening around 10pm. The woman at the drive thru was wonderful the food was fine, however the absolutely abysmal elderly white manager was berating and yelling at staff with such vigor I could hear them thru the microphone and again at the window. As a former fast food employee none of them are paid enough to deal with that level of ignorance and insult. If I was employed for cookout working during this ridicule I would have happily struck this man across the head as his mother failed to do so.

A very popular location for late night food, for quick and cheap. Albeit cheap, the foods still actually really great, the effort to make the food is still kept, no effort is wasted. The location’s very popular with the high schools near it, a lot of teens visiting, even on their prom nights. The workers are very kinda and generous. They don’t need to, but they open and close the doors for customers, especially if you’re full handed.

This doesn’t even deserve 1star. They are VERY skimpy on their food. You get little to nothing for the price you’re paying! The milkshakes tasted like freezer burnt milk. Not to mention they complain when you order something! I used to work in fast food, never out loud complain to the point the customers can hear you. The place was not very clean either. I DO NOT recommend this to anyone!! Hope this helps 🙂

This location is ALWAYS so skimpy!! 6 fries is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! There’s no reason this location is the closest to me but I have to go to the Forest Drive or Two Notch location for a decent serving or neatly put together burgers if I want Cook Out. This is my 4th time coming here, and my 4th time being disappointed. This is definitely my last time coming here. Don’t even waste your time at this location.

We came for a late night run, and the line was not bad. I ordered a big double burger with cheese, lettuce, ketchup, and mayo, as well as a peanut butter banana milkshake to share with my partner. Ordering the food went smoothly, as did the payment process. Our food came out within seconds of us pulling up to the window, which I was satisfied with. The burger tasted delicious, as I expected. There were no issues with it. The peanut butter banana milkshake was amazing! I never had one before, but I would definitely get it again. The real banana pieces in it really made it taste great. All in all, this was a pleasant Cook Out experience.

1 star is too much for this location. I was looking forward to cookout since moving to Florida and this left us highly disappointed. My regular burger only had half a piece of meat on it, my Cajun fries were regular and extremely soggy and undercooked. My cheese curds and hush puppies were overcooked and then my husband got a bbq sandwich drenched in hot sauce and he could only take 1 bite because he can’t do spicy. What a waste of money and time going to this location. The staff was extremely rude from the time we pulled up to the speaker. When we asked for cheese sauce we were charged $1.30 for it to be under a 1/4 cup of cheese. So disappointed in this experience and my husband’s first time experiencing cookout when all I do is brag about it.
