The food was okay. The burgers seemed to be a little sloppily made and mine had a burnt flavor to it. However, I’m not sure if it tasted slightly burnt, the flat top/grill needed to be cleaned or if they just have a chared flavor that I do not appreciate. I’m going to give a different location a chance to see if it’s just the way they make their burgers and that I’m not a fan of it, or if it was just this location that dropped the ball. The onion rings were really good, and so were the floats. Although I think it should be on the menu to choose your soda flavor for the float instead of only being able to choose either Cola, or Cheerwine. They serve Coke products so it shouldn’t matter if you want a Sprite float or whatever. (Not that I asked. LOL)

All the staff was amazing amd great customer service but there was 3 people that was out standing. I came through drive thru and had a big order. Anywhere else the wait staff would have been mad. It’s 10:10 ish. Waited 30 minutes just to get to the speaker. “We’re closed.” No ‘sorry for the inconvenience’ or anything. Just ‘we’re closed.’ Mind you, it was at least 5 cars on each side and 4 people outside waiting for orders. It’s like 10:43 at this point. After the person in-front of me ordered then they say they’re closed. AT LEAST 5 OTHER PEOPLE BEHIND ME, mind you.

I was passing through on my way back from a 6 day cruise and I stopped to get a lunch and it was terrible. The service was stark no smiling faces and robotic. The food was not even cooked look at the pictures below. I ordered a chicken strip plate with fries and a quasadea and it was raw look at the pics the straps were burnt and the fries were over seasoned!! Iam done with cook out all the locations are starting to throw anything in the bag!!!

Ordered 2 trays with Fries , Tenders and Bacon Wrap with a Pepsi .. cashier didn’t ask what type of sauce we wanted with our tenders which was sign one.. once we got to the window she gave us wrong drinks, then said they don’t have any type of sauce .. now you guys see this wrap I said bacon not a chicken tender in a tortilla wrap with soggy fries as if they were soaked in grease ! never again
