I got 2 cookout trays, one with a double order of cheese bites. There were 9 cheese bites in my order. 9. That is one order. My bf got an order of cheese bites and a bacon wrap. He got 7. So you’re telling me a double order is 9 but a single order is 7? And I also got 2 corn dogs. They were nearly burnt. But you can bet all of this was close to $25. What a rip off.

Food is good and staff is nice. However, whoever is preparing the food just skips ingredients on some of the food. Have ordered the ranch and honey mustard wraps multiple times and it’s a toss up on whether or not they will have the ranch or honey mustard. Not sure if they’re just taking shortcuts on the food or somehow forgetting the “honey mustard” on the honey mustard wrap.

On my large tray which comes with a main dish (burger, sandwich, hotdogs, ect ect.) -&&
2 sides and a drink for right under $10 or you can turn your drink into a shake and it cost you about $13 give or take on the location after you add in the taxes.. .
But on my tray, I got occasion fillet chicken sandwich. It was OK a little dry but got a small restaurant with a lot of people working under pressure things happen in the kitchen like that I spouse if I wanted it to be fabulous tender and juicy, then I should’ve probably cooked it at home you know;
With that being said, I took the opportunity to use my two side options and get deep-fried cheese bites and I got a total of nine cheese bites for two sides when I order a side of cheese bites. I get 7 to 8 in it; so on my tray meal they pretty much. $ħ!+ tha ħ3//° øüťťå me On my two sides and when I approached the walk up window that you can get out of your car and walk up and order from and ask about it, they said that’s all that comes with it and I said well is one of my sides not considered to be the same as a side by individually told yes and I said well then why My meal only come with nine cheese spots total for my two sides, but when I ordered a2 seperate side Orders of cheese bites. I got 71 and ate in the other and they said that there was nothing they could do about that. It comes how it comes so pretty much they give you what they want to do. There’s no set amount at a restaurant the customers always supposed to be right well in this case I was not right in their eyes, but in reality I was because I was told that a separate side order of cheese bites is the same and should come with the same amount whether I order it separately or own a tray. I pretty much crapped me out of one of my sides and I wasn’t too happy about it, but with that being said their shakes are off the chain

I ordered 3 barbecue plates with fries and hush puppies. I got home with 3 barbecue sandwiches (plain, not even slaw)
I would not be upset, but I literally went over the order with the boy three times. He asked me if I wanted trays and I said no I want plates.

Customer service at an all time low!! We will not be going there again. Rude & Rushed at the drive thru speaker. We got to the window for payment No Hello, nothing.. Rudeness continued, paid for our order., no thank you, & no receipt.. She slammed the window & walk away as we were saying thank you.. In my opinion, maybe some new hires, or perhaps some serious RETRAINING.. & a reminder on how to treat customers…

I had to get at least one watermelon milkshake before the end of summer! This was one of the best ones I’ve ever gotten there. The watermelon was actually lightly blended into the ice cream, but there were still small bits of watermelon, too. It was so much better than having big frozen chunks of watermelon at the bottom of a vanilla milkshake. Now I’m really wishing that I’d gotten more of them this summer. The employee who made this milkshake knew what they were doing, and it was great!

I finally got up to the mic to order and could barely hear the guy through the speaker. I started to order the food and still couldn’t hear him. He then said in a really facetious tone “I’m gonna stop multitasking so I can only focus on you lil buddy”. I ignored it at first and started to order our food, when I did he then interrupted me and in the same tone said “thank you for not telling me your toppings first lil buddy”. I’ve never been treated more disrespectful by an employee in my life. I will absolutely never go to cookout again because of this kid.

I’m a vegetarian and they put meat in my quesadilla. The food made me repeatedly vomit. They did refund my money but they literally messed up so badly I vomited more than once.

Do better! You can’t get orders right. I got five fries for a side of fries no grilled chicken the hotdogs are not even close to being what they should be. This is a ongoing issue and something needs to be done.
