Rude because she did Not understand me enough or hear me enough. Cocky attitude when I told her to be nicer she said you can speak louder and clear.
Not sure about her name but the receipt said Magaly. Not sure if I have to put up
With her attitude, I don’t work there nor need to, so I won’t buy there ever again.

My daughter found this in her food, I’m not sure if its a braid, bug or animal but she was very disappointed and disgusted, my poor baby thought it was bacon but as you can see it wasn’t— we love cookout, we live over an hour away from this particular location do we couldn’t take it back, but very disappointed & disgusted!!! I’m so happy she didn’t eat whatever it is …. My nuggets were old and I prayed hard over my food because of the low sanitation grade

Drive thru was terrible. She totally yelled at me when I didn’t order fast enough. I asked for extra ketchup and had to beg for it twice. And what in the world is this “burger”? Is anyone old enough to remember “Where’s The Beef”!?? Plus, driving down the road with a soda overflowing is hazardous! Will not stop here again.

A standard hamburger/hot dogs and french fry joint. Great selection of fried sides like cheddar bites, fried okra, onion rings and obviously french fries. The milk shakes were delicious! This location was super clean and the staff was very friendly. My daughter said on multiple occasions, “This place is 5 star”.

Stopped by the McDonald’s in Wallace recently, and while the staff got the order out quickly, the service could have been a bit friendlier. My hamburger wasn’t the best since the bread was a little hard, but with a few improvements this location could offer a much better experience.

I generally love cookout but we had a terrible experience. We were in line for at least 25 min and when we got our food, the burger patties were tiny! One of the orders was a big double tray and the patty was half the size of one patty. The chicken in the quesadilla was tough/burnt. We very disappointed. The only good thing about this one was the milkshake, which is why we give 2 stars.

The BBQ sandwich was amazing. Better than a pig picking BBQ sandwich and I love their pineapple milkshake

Stopped in at the end of vacation, in preparation for our 6 hour drive home. I cannot believe we only spent $40 and got so much food! All four of us got combos (trays) and 3 of us got them with milkshakes. Each tray/combo comes with 2 sides but the side options include things like quesadillas, a corn dog, a chicken wrap.. things not normally considered just a side.
We all got fries as one side. Fries were pretty good, there was a good seasoning on them but not enough of it in my opinion. My husband would have preferred salt. The seasoning wasn’t very salty and he forgot to pick up some salt packets before we left. The onion rings were decent according to the family. I got hush puppies with mine to try. The flavor was good but I didn’t realize that hushpuppies were just like balls of flavored cornmeal/bread. I thought there would be something inside lol. So it was a little too much bread for me, especially with having fries too.
My daughter got cheese quesadillas, fries, onion rings, and a banana pudding milkshake. That was easily the best milkshake out of the ones we ordered. So yummy! The pieces of vanilla wafers were the best!
My son got spicy chicken sandwich with fries, onion rings, and a butterfinger shake. He said everything was “decent” which is a glowing review from him. Teenagers.
Husband got BBQ sandwich which he ate in like 2 seconds so I guess it was pretty good. I had wanted to try a bite but I wasn’t quick enough! He also got fries and onion rings with it as well as a caramel cheesecake milkshake. We thought that milkshake was just okay.
I got the cheddar burger and added chili to it because I couldn’t make up my mind between the cookout burger and the cheddar burger. It was pretty yummy but I could only eat about half of it before I was stuffed. The cheddar cheese is a sauce not an actual piece of cheese, which i was not expecting. It was definitely messy but went very well with the chili. My husband said it was the fattest thing I’ve ever ordered! Lol! I got the “huge tea” instead of a milkshake. You get a (large) cup and pour your own tea which i wasnt expecting… i loved the chunky crushed ice from the soda machine.. there was a plastic pitcher of tea on the counter without a label and two tea canister things (idk what they are called) on the same counter next to the soda machines. Both were also unlabeled. The pitcher had unsweetened tea– which i didnt want, pew pew– and the first canister thing I tried was sweet so I stuck with that and didnt try the other canister thing. The tea tasted good so I was happy.
Staff was very friendly and informative. We’ve never been to one before and didn’t really know how to order the trays. And then the woman working filling up straws and things was friendly and funny and helped with grabbing napkins and straws and spoons— which you definitely need for the milk shakes!

They were not friendly at all.We stood in the lobby with only 3 people in it. For at least 10 before we actually got Service, and I had to ask if anyone could us.The drive thru was Getting all the Attention..The chicken tenders were cooked to hard, and I asked for them to not cook them to hard. Whomever set these timers for some of these Restaurants they might need to change them, cause I guess I just need to cook at HOME Lol..
