I swear I hate this place. I will never come back, 1st the guy drops my card on the ground in drive thru didn’t even apologize for it, didn’t give me bbq sauce and now after eaten almost half of my burger it’s still pink smh. Never ever no matter how hungry I am this will not be a place I go to

Waited inside for over 20 minutes, got our food and waited another 10 minutes for the milkshakes, and they still weren’t made Said something after an overweight blonde girl with fake eyelashes that must work there got her food and drinks before us even though she ordered after we did . Since she went behind the counter and got her own ice and drink. At that point figured I better just leave without them since they will probably get spit in. We won’t be ordering here again even though it’s the cook out closest to us.

Food was okay, but nothing as good as it used to be. Ordered a banana pudding milkshake and got home to find it was a peanut butter and banana milkshake. NOT what I ordered. And NOT what I wanted. One of the burgers we ordered was almost see-through thin, had barely a hint of mustard, but every pickle in the place, apparently. There was another milkshake which was at least what was ordered, even if the quality had gone down since we last ate from there. Will be some time (if ever) before we go back.

The older lady at the front is rude and not very personable. I’m not sure she really understands the principle of customer service… coming from a customer service food industry worker myself. Other than that, things went well. I’ve never seen a Cook Out with an inside dining room before so that’s a plus.

It appears that the service at Cookout Location #68 is lacking. Let me start talking about the speed and accuracy first. Their speed in processing orders is quite slow considering it’s a fast food location. Unfortunately I had to repeat myself twice because the attendant didn’t hear me clearly the first time. I must say I love the food and milkshakes from this establishment really good. So therefore,with that being said it was indeed my first time at this location and quite disappointed by their speed in processing orders. I frequent mostly the Denver Location of 73 and Freedom drive. Even Freedom drive work much faster even though I recently read on Nextdoor a customer experienced some kind of fraudulent charge on their shortly there after.

Worst cookout in NC. Of course it’s the only one near me, and yet they manage to get orders wrong at least half the time. Sat at the drive thru speaker waiting to order for 5 mins and was the only car there, ended up just leaving and going somewhere else. The workers here are so incompetent it’s amazing, I’m guessing the management is too. I’d try to avoid this location if possible!!

Seems the prices went up (which I completely understand), but the food portions have gotten way, way smaller! I’ve ordered sliders at other restaurants that are bigger than a double cheeseburger at this establishment.

This is a unique fast food place with a friendly quick ans efficient staff and a large menu with not only a great deal of variety but excellent quality for the price. Definitely not a gourmet experience but good food.

I was totally out off today! Female cashier kept asking for tips! On multiple occasions when I was waiting for my order! She was extremely rude and while in the process of asking for a tip or even trying to charge $5 for a bag she also decided it was ok to eat behind the counter?! Are you serious!? If your on a break I get it and understand, but don’t eat behind the counter and certainly don’t ask for tips especially more than once! I work in fast food myself and no we don’t ask for tips and or eat where people can see us! Are you serious lady? This happened around 11:40am today
