Evelyn acted like I was inconveniencing her when ordering. Got to the window, paid, she slung my meal at me. Had to get her attention twice after receiving my meal because she forgot my drink the first time … then a straw…. And then utensils and napkins… but by that time i just wanted to get out of that line. Horrible and rude… no thanks. Girl should definitely stay in school and not make a career out of the drive through! Bless her heart.

Taste like cookout and fast service, but out of the 10+ times I’ve been here they still can’t comprehend “season fries “ and half the time they give u 6 fries. Im not someone to be mad about serving size but that isn’t a serving, i dont pay for air. Lazy workers or juss dont pay attention.

The guy working today, did amazing! (5/26 12:11pm) He ran the lines by himself and it was incredibly impressive. I’ve spent 17 years working in food service and I know how hard it is to handle this volume by yourself. He was nice and fast! He handle everyone with care and respect.

This location is garbage, staff is awful, probably an extension of management. They somehow managed to mess up everything in our order in some way shape or form and left stuff out. All this after my wife repeated herself 3 times. Only reason they get two stars is because my milkshake was good. Would have been nice to actually have a meal to go with it. Lesson learned.

I ordered regular fries with my tray and got Cajun seasoning on my fries. So either they didn’t read the screen correctly, or it was cross contaminated with something else. I’m severely allergic to Cajun seasoning and ate one of the fries. I had to be rushed to the hospital because my face was swelling. I’ve never had this problem at any of the other locations.
