This Cookout location is really close to my house, so I have been here a few times and will be coming here as long as I’m living here. I typically get a tray of some sort when I come here, either with a large tea or a water bottle to save for later. I’ve gotten the chicken strips and the big double burger as my entrees, and then usually white cheddar cheese bites, french fries, or chicken nuggets for my sides. Each time we’ve come here, the service has been kind and quick. The food is good and the quality is as expected. They are also typically open very late compared to other places around here.

These kids are the real MVP’S. Right after the snow storm when when all the Walmarts and even the speedways punked out and closed they were up at cook out throwing it down without missing a beat. The manager and owner of this location should be VERY proud of his team! Wow bravo guys!

Went to cook out this evening for a quick dinner. Upon opening my tray I unwrapped my burger and ate it. I went to unwrap what I thought was a chicken queso and found the image attached. Whatever this is was in my tray with a bite taken out of it! The young ladies at the window when I talked to them said they didn’t even serve it. The manager gave us a refund but I will definitely not be back!

Service is usually on point, but today y’all slipping. I don’t know who’s in charge of the nuggets, but they’re not hitting. The burgers are messy, and the sodas taste like they came straight out the back of a tank. I’m not trying to be petty—but come on, do better!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered a burger for my child and she eat some of it before I noticed it was completely raw in the middle. I’ll be contacting corporate and the store in the morning. I’m pretty sure this is a health code violation! I’ll be suing if my child gets sick from this.

Visiting from Jersey and decided to try this location while visiting some family and was soooooo disappointed. Ordered through the drive-through and they forgot to add sauce to our bag.
My sister decided to go up to the window to grab some ketchup and saw so much trash and food on the floor. She told them they should be ashamed serving food in that environment. All the food went in the trash. I should have know when the young lady at the register told us she think all the food is in he bag. LOL WHAT!?
I do not play when it comes to my food and establishments being dirt. No thanks!

This is the first cookout I’ve been too that charged me for a soda when the tray comes with a drink. I got the Cook Out Tray Jr and paid $9.38. I unchanged the hot dogs only so it should have been around $7.
