I went to Cook out several weeks back and when I got home and bit into my burger it was barely cooked. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I figured this was a one-time incident and went back this past week. Shame on me, because when I got home yet again burger very undercooked. I’m glad I decided to cut into it to check for doneness instead of trusting it and biting into it. I won’t be back, this is unacceptable.

Went to cookout tonight and placed my order, when i received it the food was cold. Went back and stood at the window for 5 minutes for someone to come over and help me. When the young lady came around the corner eating her meal (which i assume was hot) she set it down promptly and asked what was wrong and i explained it was cold. She took the food back in with out any further info about 10 minutes later she comes to the window and hands me a bag but quickly pulls the receipt off of it. To my surprise its the same cold food. Well i learned my lesson Cookout will never receive another dollar from me.

I drive 15+ min to this location when I live next to one why ? Bc of things like today. First of all the food was AMAZING don’t get me started on the half & half TOP TIER !!!! HANDS DOWN BEST TRIP SO FAR !!! Definitely going every Saturday at around 10ish pm !!

The young woman at the window, Jaysha, was the loveliest and most sincere employee. She smiled and gave me my Oreo milkshake and fries. To be honest, she’s the sweetest staff I’ve ever seen there! 🙂

Ordered seasoned fries and got cheese fries. Cashier was very short and unpleasant. If you dont like your job then don’t work there. Management needs to hire better people or just plain new Management.

I don’t know where to start, ordered and had to ask for the rest of our order after paying 26 dollars and only receiving one tray. Had to repeatedly tell the young girl that there’s more. Fine whatever, we get home after receiving the whole order ,the big double burger had the small patties not the normal patties, burnt and barely any cheese. Our spicy chicken sandwich was a regular sandwich only spice on it was black pepper. I wish I looked at the reviews before going. Just go the extra distance if you really want cook out, avoiding this location.

Umm I ordered a OREO milkshake with EXTRA EXTRA Oreo but NOPE, I take the lid off and literally no Oreo, absolutely absurd! You don’t want to mess with me and my Oreo. It’s horrible. Paid 5 bucks for this thing, I want my money back. Wish I could give it 0 stars but whatever.
