I ordered extra extra mustard I received dribbles of remnants of maybe mustard on my hotdog. I asked for six packs of mustard at the window because I didn’t think they would put enough mustard on my dogs and I received three I received zero napkins, terrible terrible terrible customer service very disappointed guest.

Historically, this Cook Out has been real good and had good food. It is only a short distance from my daughter’s house. They eat there quite often. Last week when I was there, I was craving one of their hamburgers so my wife and granddaughters and I all went there. I ordered the large hamburger with various toppings and onion rings and other things for my wife and granddaughters. When we got home and I went to open up my hamburger, it was a chicken burger. Had old lettuce on it. To boot it didn’t taste that good. Very disappointed. Might give them one more chance because of past experience, but if they are this careless with their orders now then will probably go elsewhere in the future. Maybe they have new staff that doesn’t care anymore? I do know when we used to drive by there months ago the line was always backed up to the street. When we were there last week, there was only a couple cars so maybe others are experiencing the same disappointments? In fact, the few times we drove by there I don’t remember seeing any cars backed up ever this last weekend.

Lines can be long, waiting outside isn’t ideal especially at night, but the staff are typically fast and friendly. The food is consistent, but the Milkshakes are some of the best you’ll ever have!!! Promise

It’s Cookout fast-food, so don’t expect anything crazy fancy. The lines can be long and awkwardly run, but the staff is usually pretty organized and quick (I usually get drive through). The food is a good quality and amount for the price. The milkshakes are a must have with a ton of delicious options.

I picked my sister up from the airport, and she had a somewhat late flight landing at RDU. She eventually got here around 9:30 pm. She had not eaten dinner, so she was pretty hungry, but a lot of local restaurants and places typically are closed around this time. We ended up going to this Cook Out. I liked the layout of this Cook Out because the lanes were completely separated, though one of the windows you’d need to have a passenger because the window is on the right side of the car. We ended up using that lane since we had a few people in the car, and that line was understandably a little shorter. My sister ordered a Cook Out tray and I got a side of large cheese fries to share with my partner. The people working were incredibly polite. The food came out very fast and was delicious. I definitely had a nice experience here!
