When ordering multiple food orders to go they are often wrong or wrong lid placed on food. The chips taste good when they are fresh, most of the time old chips are mixed with fresh chips so a order will have both stale and fresh chips in the same bag. This happens quite often. Please throw out the old, stale chips no one wants to eat them. The prices that are being charged they should always be fresh. Do better.

Food quality depends on when you arrive, as is typical for a “buffet style” fast food joint. The people who work here are always patient and courteous. I have been coming here once a week for over 5 years and I’ve never had a negative experience with any of the staff. They deal with a lot of very unreasonable customers and always maintain professionalism. My only suggestion is to just get a food scale to measure out the chips because it’s really a craps shoot as to how many you’ll get and the size doesn’t seem to mean much. I’ve gotten regular bags that could feed 3 people and “large” bags that barely had 10 chips in them.

It’s so incredibly frustrating to get a hold of this store when it comes to Doordash delivery orders! I was routed to the customer service desk three times when I called them and they weren’t helpful at all in making such a simple change to my order. I was so mad and I have never had an experience as horrible as this with any other store that I just ended up cancelling my order. This is the second time this has happened too.
