Being a pure vegetarian, i visit this place frequently. Another reason is my kid likes black beans and rice a lot. Recently when getting beans and rice, i saw that my bowl had a piece of chicken in it. Luckily i saw it before my kid took his first bite. I feel that the servers should be really careful while serving as in this case, the chicken piece was already in the main beans container from where it was served.

(BIG THUMBS DOWN !!!!) MARCH 15TH AT 7PM — I wish I still had my receipt — BUT I don’t —- darn, so upset — my partner and I both ordered exactly the same thing, tried the new POLLO ASADA meat, thinking it was just a BURRITO, but as you can see neither of us could finish it — it all started when i saw the girl who, put the white rice on my tortilla TOUCHED MY RICE WITH HER GLOVE INSTEAD of the SPOON — I almost flipped — gloves are dirty — Jesus — she like used her glove to push the rice pile together — AAAhhhh — I tried to over look it — and she built the burrito CHICKEN, BLACK BEANS, WHITE RICE, PICO DE GALLO, GREEN SAUCE, SOUR CREAM / CHEESE – done — wrapped it up — my partner got the same —- I felt tired at home went to bed — I WAS FINE ALL DAY / THIS WAS THE LAST THING I ATE ALL DAY / SO IT MUST HAVE BEEN THIS —- by 1am could not sleep — knew I had a stomach problem, by 2:43 the whole burrito went out into the toilet IN REVERSE — That morning my partner told me they too threw it into the toilet @ 3 a.m.— I AM SO TIRED OF THESE BUSINESS NEGLECTING FOOD BORNE ILLNESS AND POOR TRAINING — I witnessed it with my own eyes —- Jesus; Chipotle – WAKE UP — your trainees hardly know how to wash their hands — MUCH LESS — CROSS CONTAMINATION of food – dirty gloves — wrong temperatures — bacteria growth — GOD — I was so mad for getting sick — I REPEAT – I AM SO TIRED OF THESE BUSINESSES MAKING ME SICK — UNINTENTIONAL OF COURSE — BUT SICK THE SAME — PROBABLY OTHERS — PLEASE STOP IT — work with health inspectors — how do they get A ratings from the health dept. — I hope a health inspector reads this and does a biological inspection of the whole place — did I mention we all heard them dropping some heavy metal cooking items in the back — I WILL NEVER TRUST THIS LOCATION AGAIN — i’m still burping up the gases from the burrito.

Staff is great. It can be hit and miss on items available. For example, They didn’t have queso. Twice their aguas are horrible. Two of the things i always buy when I eat there. Smh WTH management.

i called this location over the phone to see if they were open yet. they greeted me happily and told me store hours correctly. i arrived at the location and they promptly took our order. the steak burrito i ordered was made spot on with no complaints. i did however want to state that the chicken bowl we ordered was a bit short on ingredients. (lettuce, corn, chicken etc.) i hope that they can fix that because we plan on visiting again soon.

Today I ordered a bowel, their staff give me too less, she didn’t add food to bowel automatically, need to tell them you need more, it is very embarrassing to keep say “more”,so they give me too less. I can’t eat fully with 12 dollars. each item I order should has its amount of their SOP, not just that less. Maybe she is new staff and not trained well.
