I went to this location on 3/5 at 12:10 am and was very disappointed with my experience/order.
The young lady that took my order had an attitude and rushed me when ordering.
Ordered 2 trays and NOTHING was right! I ordered sweet tea and was given unsweetened tea. Was given 5 fries…. Smh. Awful experience. Re evaluate the staff immediately!

Went through the drive-thru around 7:00 PM Jan 2, 2026, I had a very poor experience. The employee taking my order rushed me, talked over me, and repeatedly entered the wrong items even after I corrected her. When I asked to start the order over, she refused and kept repeating the incorrect order until I insisted.
At the window, there was no greeting or
communication. When I asked for a receipt, she looked at me like I had asked something strange. The name on the receipt was Harmony, and I believe she was the same person who took my order.
Overall, the service was rude and unprofessional. I expect basic courtesy and clear communication.

Employees can’t manage to take an order with 4 different trays. They will put the wrong toppings on your burger when they have a brand new driver thur system and can ear you clearly.

We headed out to the Wet and Wild Water Park for round 3 since we have season passes.
Before stopping there we went to The Cookout and ordered through their drive through.
The customer service was polite. The meals we given in a timely manner.
The combos were all at good prices and the food was all devoured. The cup sizes for their combos were pretty big and a pleasant surprise on a very hot summer’s day.
I’d do back again.

Absolutely unhappy with this place, first and last time here. Those taking the order were rude, 1 was taking the order and another jumped over them taking the order in speaker. They totally didn’t make my order as specified with ingredients that I didn’t want they added them all wasn’t impressed and won’t be back

My friends kept telling me about Cook Out not to be confused with the backyard kind. The food was pretty good for what it was but where they had me was on the shakes. That Peach Cobbler shake was great!!

I was in the area visiting from Charlotte and ordered a tray from this Cookout and this is what they gave me for $9. THREE onion rings smh. I noticed this and something to the cashier before leaving the drive thru and she laughs and refused to give me more without charging me. I will never visit this Cookout again. I’ll just go out the way to Randleman Rd. They are much better.
