Once again, wrong food at drive through. I just had my oil changed and was right there or I’d have gone somewhere else. I usually call back but it’s every time I go to this one! I give up! The one by the hospital in Jonesboro is much better. Cleaner and more organized. They actually give you what you ordered and how! Wild concept.

Extremely slow waited in line for 15 minutes at the order box before they took my order just kept saying one second, pulled up paid then waited a long time for them to open the window saying they didn’t have an order for my name but had one for two other names? Then they made me pull up and wait even longer for my order horrible experience don’t know what they are doing and need to be replaced or phazed out.

Wait forever and you might not even get what you ordered LOL. I keep trying to give them a chance because they are next to my job but I should’ve learned my lesson by now with this place. They will come ask you what was ordered about 20 min of waiting then you get to wait 20 more and hope you don’t have to leave hungry wasting your whole lunch break. We did not get greeted when we came in we go to the register the cashier said what ya want! Mmm then we go to the drink station it’s a complete mess! No ice no sweet tea the time is currently 6:25 I’m sitting in the lobby, it’s a mess a lot of dirty tables! My husband stood at the counter for almost 5 mins waiting on ice! He finally gets ice to find there is no tea! The fries are cold been sitting a bit! Not sure what the problem is today but step it up Burger King! Bet disappointed

I waited forever at the window after I done paid for my food and after waiting 15 minutes at the window they pulled me forward. I waited a good another 15 minutes and I said forget it. I’m going in and my food was sitting right there on the counter and the guy said he was about to bring it out there that was uncalled for in my eyes after I even been waiting forever and plus the sun was beating down on me so it was hot

I don’t typically eat at burger king, but wanted something different so decided to come in around lunch. Was fairly busy, but the staff was very nice. I received my food in a timely manner and the restaurant seem to be kept clean. The food was better than I remember it being.
So, update…. I have two young kids now and this is the first time we’ve been to this one as a family! The staff was amazing! The food was actually really good! I grabbed a chicken sandwich and the Littles both had a whopper jr. The play place was empty, clean, and the kiddos had a great time. I actually didn’t realize this one had a play place and actually disagreed with my son until we pulled in lol. He was right!

I want to shout out to the cook Davion for understanding and making my child’s kid meal right even going above and beyond and trying to tell the manger what was going on and making it right even though the manger didn’t get it Davion did and made it right he is going to be a hell of a manager you should for sure look into he being one

Absolutely the worst Burger King location ever. Never ever have I received a correct order. Then the attitude at the drive thru is just totally uncalled for, this location needs to be shut down and a new management is needed in the worst kind of way. I will never spend another penny at this establishment.

Training day very long wait . Sat in drive through 4 cars were served before my side. When I mentioned it to the server she yelled at me . Said it was Training day. What the heck not I’m sorry or thank you for waiting just hollered at me she was Training. Well ok but the car in front of me drove out of the ordering line because he waited sooo long for service. I will not go back here ..
