Im from where they don’t have cookout and this doesn’t disappoint. The food is always delicious, the employees are all helpful and kind, and getting a tray for only 7.99 (without tax) is a steal! The only thing that I would say is that food proportions will always vary each time you go

This is not a sit in eatery. You have to order through the double drive through. The food I purchased was decent. The fries were horrendous, but the burger was very delicious. The staff were extremely professional and friendly.

Well It’s obvious that night shift has better workers and better service. I’ve been there 2 times and 1st shift, although the cashier was pleasant the food was an atrocity. Whoever you had working August 9th at 10:39 AM, may not need to be an opening cook. I was the only customer, why was my food slapped together like the cook didn’t give a phuck? *see the images
I opened one wrapper and the onions fell out onto the floor. They weren’t even on the sandwhich. One burger had ketchup, and mustard smeared all over and the bread was soggy and slid halfway off the burger. The tea had to have been sitting out bc it was hot and barely had any ice. The bacon ranch wrap smelled and had old lettuce in it. I couldn’t eat it. Because of the way my food was served, I have to let the franchisor know about this incident
.
Y’all just opened, hire workers that want to work. I think the cashiers even had a problem with him. I didn’t even see him and I know that it was a guy, bc of the cashiers reaction to him. Second shift is the best!
I had things on my burger that I didn’t even ask for. Hope that I didn’t get any spit!

I’ve loved the Cook Out chain, since they opened, years ago.
So much so, in fact, that I managed one for awhile.
One of the many things that I love about them, is that no matter which location you visit, the food is exactly the same… Delicious!
With most Fast Food Restaurants, you trade quality, for quantity, but, not with Cook Out.
Their Burger Trays, with double sides, and a drink, are the perfect solution when you’re too tired to cook for the family. They’re a great value, all around!
P.S.
I HIGHLY suggest their Milkshakes, especially, the seasonal, Summer, Watermelon Shakes (July-August only).
Enjoy!

Are you serious? Out here in the cold, I dropped my boyfriend off to go get him some food AT 1:34 A.M, tell me why they said they closed?? Uhm, Y’ALL CLOSE AT 2AM?! What happened to good fast foods taking order till the last minute or two? THEN denying services after YALL ARE CLOSED? Absolutely horrible service here. If your’e hungry, I guess starve.

I ordered a chocolate milkshake and it was hardly any chocolate flavor in it. Cookout sucks. I’m not going through the drive-through to waste my money anymore. Waste of money!

Husband went to get a cookout tray and he tore apart the chicken tenders to find that they were not cooked it was RAW we were disgusted and very unhappy. They need to make sure they are cooking food properly before they give someone food poisoning, that is a HEALTH HAZARD yall provide food to the public SMH! Will not be returning to this location never had these issues at any other cookout.

First of all, take the time to check your bag to make sure your order is complete. I did not, and they left my grandkids order off, which was a deficit of around eight dollars. But the money did not outweigh the disappointment of my grandchild, and the disappointment in which I felt, but not delivering something I had promised. The cookout in Reidsville has messed up my order numerous times and I should have learned my lesson by now to check my order. I think I will just start going back to Pete’s
