I ordered the spicy chicken tray. First the cheese bites are good, the strawberry shake is very good, BUT that spicy chicken sandwich is garbage. Overcooked, dry, dipped in something that is supposed to be spicy. Worst spicy chicken sandwich I have ever had. Never ordering that again.

I won’t be going here any longer. They weren’t very nice, I was barely greeted. Made to feel as if I was in convincing the cashier and food runner. They gave me the wrong order. I returned to get my order corrected. They acted pissed off as if I should just have eaten the chili they put on my hotdog. They gave me my food, no apology at all, and no thank you. I certainly hope that Cookout expects better on their employees than the bs I was shown. Very disappointed!!

I enjoy Cook Out, and the food is usually great. Today, I noticed that the staff member handling my food had just petted a cat that was in the car ahead of me. I asked to speak with a manager and was told she washed her hands. While I understand handwashing reduces risk, it made me a bit uncomfortable. I hope the restaurant continues to emphasize hygiene standards for all staff.

I truly wish I could give a negative 1. Today was the second time going to the location on Oaklawn Blvd and getting terrible service. I placed my order for 3 people. The young lady messed up our order and told us that to get our order corrected, we would have to go back through the drive thru because people were in line behind us. I asked if she could just correct it because she made the mistake. She said it was people behind us. We basically paid for them to mess up our order and on top of that, she closed the window when my husband was asking her if he could just buy the items that were messed up. I will never go back to this location. HORRIBLE!!!!

Unfortunately, I went there last summer and I had a bad experience and I haven’t been back since I bought the kids food. We all ordered trays and it was just a smidge of food. I couldn’t believe the amount they put in there. I had about 4 fries in my tray. I went back again one night I was hungry and nothing else was open. Got off work ordered something that I know nobody could mess up. Chicken strips and fries , It was OK. Only problem was it was bits and pieces of chicken strips. They really need to do better with their food.

Cheese bites and onion rings. I got about 4 of each, even asking to have the cheese bites in a separate bag. They had no dipping sauce and when i asked for ketchup packets i was given a attitude. Def wont come back to this cook out. Workers are lazy and rude

I have read read the reviews and was pretty skeptical but for my first time it was great! they were pretty busy for a New Year’s Day, but the quality of the food was amazing ! Good Service, we waited a little for our food but the manager communicated with us what we were waiting on ! by the time we got it! It was hot and fresh !!

We unfortunately had a run in with Dominique. Upon us receiving our order, we saw that instead of a slice of Strawberry cheesecake we received a Strawberry cheese cake milkshake. We then said we received the wrong thing and he asked us what we were supposed to do about it and he didn’t have time for this. Then his manager came to the window she didn’t help de-escalate anything. She allows him to continue to talk and disrespect me, as Customer then told us to pull up to the front and shut the window on us. I understand everyone has a bad day but that does not give Dominique the right to disrespect a Woman/Veteran with PTSD.

The woman in the drive thru speaker was extremely rude. I ordered tomato (because it costs more) and she said, “didn’t you already say you wanted everything on it?” I said I wanted diet cola, “She said, I asked for your side ” No. You yelled, “SIDE!” and I didn’t understand the angry scream. (You hate your job – I get it) My onion ring order consisted of 4 small onion rings.(see picture ) The fries are the best I’ve had in the area. My burger came without a tomato. The sweet girl in the drive thru window refused to give me a name to go with the drive thru speaker. I was charged for the tomato. BAD EXPERIENCE!!

So I went here around 10 pm and ordered a burger tray with double fries. They gave me Cajun when I didn’t ask for Cajun. I have it back and they fixed it. The problem starts after I ate my food. I started to feel nauseous like my body wasn’t agreeing with what I ate. I thought maybe I over ate so I have it some time. Three hours later my stomach is still hurting and the nausea is horrible. Eventually I have to force myself to throw the food up and immediately my stomach feels better. I had a incident before where my food wasn’t cooked properly about a year ago but I had hoped they fixed it the issue. Looks like they didn’t. NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN
