If you want food completely different than what the menu says then this is your place ! Order one thing get a surprise in your box of what they choose ! Lol not one thing in my order was correct this location is terrible and the employees could care less ! They grilled my ranch wrap put maybe three shreds of cheese and no ranch they also grilled the wrap with the lettuce making it nasty and soggy this wrap is not supposed to be grilled !

One ice machine in the lobby on the left side has been down for months, frustrating waiting in another line when you thought you were first to get ice- just to find out it didn’t work. Put up an out of order sign or something.

Went to grab something to eat before work. Get to the parking lot and open my food to eat, and they have my order wrong. It’s right on the ticket – I ordered a homemade style chicken sandwich – but they gave me some random sandwich. It’s supposed to have slaw, picked, cheese and onions and it has no cheese, wilted lettuce, a tomato, and way too many onions. I specifically ordered the sandwich with no tomatoes because I don’t like them. Tried to eat it. Chicken is dry. I don’t have time to drive back because I have to go to work. Tried calling the location but it’s apparently a corporate number and I was immediately placed on hold. Shame because I was really looking forward to that specific meal before a 10 hour shift.

From LOANMAX TO COOKOUT…Horrible food my bill came up to 16.53 cashier told me 19.53.get to the window she passes me 2 drinks and 1 meal then tells me all of my food is in one bag.. clearly it’s ONE meal.. . I got 2 burger and hot dog trays with Cajun fries and a cherry wine, Dr Pepper

Asked for extra onions on a small burger and was given a thin burger patty with SIX LAYERS OF RAW ONION. Lucky for you I’m obsessed with onions but to normal people that could’ve really messed someone up especially since they were raw and fresh. Also earlier this year I got a milkshake that wasn’t fully mixed like at all. I had already drank from it. They took it back and put it right back in the mixer though they watched me drink from it. Not sanitary and apparently 6 layers of raw onions is comical.

Cook out is a great burger spot, just not this location. Sadly they just seem not to care. Back to back i tried, first time got my order wrong, then when corrected the chilli was spilled everywhere. Next time got order right but flung the bag in my face, with my box sideways, so yet again chilli all over the place. I wont be going back to this location, but the cookout in norfolk and va beach I’ve never had a problem with, and food is great.

JANIE provided absolutely horrific customer service! So incredibly rude – shut the window on us, eye rolled when we asked for straws for the drinks we were missing half of, and never gave any acknowledgement. Great food but wow, terrible customer service!!!!

I wanted to be fair and to give a second chance…
Everything was throw in the bag, “large” fries feels like happy meal size, burger still pitiful and the fries are still excellent.
I tried the chessar bites which are OK.
Over all,, I feel like it is expensive for the amount of food you get..
First time ordering:
Fries are banging… “big double burger” is pitiful, side of cheddar cheese fries had only 3.5 pieces….
I guess you always have to try once to make a decision…. i may go back just for a side of fries.
