Decent prices for decent food (both of quality and amount). The inside guests get a bit neglected, but this is likely due to the backup of the drive in that itself must be promptly dealth with as the car path to it is far from ideal and quickly becomes a mess. My guess for the timely wait is, like most restaurants nowadays, under staffing. Despite the aforementioned, the worker that did address the counter was polite, professional, and quick to take my question about the menu and order. The interior is quite nice, but one table did go uncleaned for the duration of my visit and there was a strange odor along the scent of the food in the air.
The shakes are pretty good and it’s relatively inexpensive for modern eating out. I will be returning. Hopefully a positive change in review will be merited.

Longest wait for a burger and fries burger had a cold bun and the burger wasn’t even warm. Cajun fries were good but having to wait so long was absurd. You go lady at the register was very friendly and apologetic for the wait. This wasnt even in the drive thru

Visiting from out of state. Heard alot of good things about CookOut. I was disappointed to say the least. Food was dry and overcooked. My daughter did enjoy the banana pudding milkshake. Food was ready really quick, so maybe part of the problem. As it may have been sitting a while.

There have been countless times my husband and I have been through the drive thru to get our food. 90% of the time, they ALWAYS SCREW IT UP. Today we went and my husband ordered his usual. His: tray w/ a big double burger with ONLY bacon, ketchup, & cheese. And two corn dogs. My husband got mustard and mayo on his burger that HE DID NOT REQUEST.
Mine: Jr. Tray with a CHEESE QUESADILLA and two corn dogs.
Usually with my mine they put chicken on my quesadilla. (That’s where they screwed up.)
But today who ever was running the drive thru was rushing our order and put onion rings instead of corn dogs. The kitchen does not pay attention to orders at all
On a side note, I’ve been inside the restaurant and have seen the floor extremely messy, and I’ve seen ants crawling on the tables.

Over 10 dollars for 2 chicken quesadillas with no chicken, 15 fries, and a taco that was stuffed in a dorito bag and full of sour cream. Barf. That’s what was in the bag.

Was going threw the drive threw, as I was pulling up the girl in the window was actively saying “god if yall could just pull up” then we got our food, mine looks great good amount of fries hush puppies and my two quesadillas but my husband on the other hand. He got “3” chicken tenders and a hand full of undercooked onion rings I say “3” like that cause they gave him crumbs pretty much the 3 tenders could have equaled one, and for $8 at that it’s ridiculous. then they closed the door in his face without letting him ask for sauce or anything. Used to come here for years this is my first time back and I’m extremely disappointed.
