To say that this checkers had poor management would imply that it had any at all. Several times they have been out of items. Service is poor. They are never stay open until 3am which is clearly posted on this site. Food is okay but tonight I got a “large” fry and the box was half empty and cold. I don’t understand why you would just say they were out of fries, instead I was knowingly upcharged for less. I’ll be shocked if the store lasts another year. I definitely won’t be back

I had not had checkers in probably a decade, I moved away from Fl and have missed it ever since. The Kodak location is far as is S Knox. Visited today at 2:30. No wait. Food came out hot fresh n delicious. I’m so happy! Yay. Best French fries in fast food hands down.

My wife and I went to the location to try it. I haven’t been to a Checkers for 20+ years bc we haven’t had one close enough. I have to say this was a great experience. Restaurant was spotless, staff was super nice, and food was great. It was the most fresh and hot fast food I’ve had in 2 years. Thank you to your staff for such a great experience. This will be our new go to fast food.

Staff was friendly, service was a little slow but it was pretty late in the evening. Food was just as good as I remembered from my Indiana Rally’s days. My only disappointment was the cherry coke. It’s not a true cherry coke so that was gross but it won’t stop me from going back. Big Bufford is hard to beat when it comes to fast food and those fries, c’mon now.

This was our first time here. We were the only ones in the dining room. Dining room was clean. Staff was nice. Everything was made right. We ordered the Cheese champ combo and the Baconzilla combo. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great experience.

I just left the drive thru of this location. It’s took them 8 mins to come to the speaker. There were only 3 cars ahead of me. I was in the line for 20 minutes. When I get to the window they say pull up for my sandwich are cooking. I wait 5 mins and two cars behind me get there meals. I asked for a refund and they had an attitude and was just now making my food infront of me. I work in the restaurant industry. It takes 15 mins to make a steak meal…why is it taking 30 mins for a chicken sandwich, burger and fries?

I went through the drive thru. It took a while, but at least the food was fresh, although expensive for what it is..$25 for two burger meals. It won’t be a go to for us based on price. The people were very friendly.

Burgers can be good, if they get your order right. We ordered 2 burgers and got a cheese burger with no cheese, a BBQ burger with mayonnaise and mustard instead, a third mysterious burger and all 3 of them had no vegetables of any kind. They rectified one burger, but we didn’t find out till we went home how insanely wrong the order was. The other apps are just okay and alot people may not like soggy fries as their signature fry.
