My wife and I were looking for a good date night spot. I remembered some friends recommended the Conservatory, so we gave it a try. It did not disappoint. DISCLAIMER: Because we were celebrating something, and because we wanted to try several dishes, we did spend more money than was necessary to have a good meal.
Since last evening was very mild, we decided to sit outside so we could experience the full ambiance. The decor was nice, but not too gaudy. Music was played at a comfortable level in the background. After the sun went down, we had just enough light to see our food comfortably. The fountain provided an additional white noise that helped to block out any street noise and create a pleasant atmosphere.
The food was great! No complaints. Everything seemed to be cooked to perfection. If we wanted to get real picky, there are only two very minor recommendations we would make. My wife thought the beef tenderloin Cobb salad needed some spinach to break up the Romaine. I thought the steak entree was just slightly overpriced, considering the portion sizes. However, the food was so good that these minor things were not worth taking off a star on the rating.
The server was great, and the two cocktails we tried we prepared perfectly with great balance.

I like this place! One of my favorite things about it is the outdoor seating area — it’s so relaxing and gives the bar/restaurant such a welcoming vibe. The atmosphere is perfect whether you’re just having a drink with friends or enjoying a full meal. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and the food doesn’t disappoint. Corinth really needed a spot like this, and I’m so glad we have it here! I wish it were open the full year, or at least through the whole fall season.

We had a wonderful time at the Conservatory! We sat outside in July and it was very pleasant. They have a nice selection of wine and small plates with many gluten free options. The tuna and crab plates were delicious, and the meat and cheese board was a small meal in itself. We look forward to going back!

Great experience. My wife and I were passing through town on a road trip and I spotted this place on Google Maps searching for restaurants. The menu (although different from the one we got at the restaurant) looked slightly eclectic and totally different from everywhere else I saw, so we went.
Our server, Trace, was personable and knew the menu and the wine list. He recommended the grilled quail, which I got, and my wife got the beef tenderloin Cobb salad. The quail was excellent — tender and flavorful — and the tater tots were incredible. My wife commented that her salad was great.
The vibe is… vibey and modern. Very cool.
The upshot: great experience, and if we lived near Corinth, we’d be regulars. Corinth residents should definitely support this local business. It’s a keeper.

The best pork ribeye I’ve ever had and best service from Taylor. The atmosphere is incredible. If you in Corinth, MS you have to make stop here.

It’s an amazing place for special occasions that you would love to remember. The food and service are above average. Treat yourself and the special people in your life. Also great for a company meeting if you want to impress someone with your good taste.

I have visited multiple time. The food is excellent. On both visits we were quickly greeted. Our server was attentive and helped us navigate the menu. The chicken bacon ranch flat bread was delicious.

I really liked this place. I’ve only been once. My kids and I were coming back from Nashville and looking for a place to eat late evening in Corinth. (The pickings are slim.) We were trying to avoid fast food. So the internet said that the conservatory was open till 10:30. When we got there we found the kitchen closed at 9:30 but it was only about 8:45 at the time. The outdoor seating was already “folded up” and there was a storm forecast to move in. But I pushed a bit, much to my children’s chagrin (they are adults by the way) and they put us at a table outside. We were the only people in the place. The very young and personable, and by the way, cute, young woman who waited on us was awesome. The food was really good. We had a wing appetizer that everyone loved. I think my kids had salads because they didn’t want a inconvenience the cook too much at the end of the night. Whatever! Anyway, my son said it may have been the best salad he’d ever had in his life. My flatbread was great too. My daughter raved about her meal, but I don’t remember what she got. There’s an indoor seating area and an outdoor seating area. Personally I’d go for the outdoor seating. There are not a lot of places in Corinth Mississippi that I would call trendy, but this is one of them. I recall the menu was not real extensive, but there’s some good stuff on it. It may have been a week night menu. And they don’t have the beer selection. I’d like. I tend to judge places by their beer selection. But I didn’t grade them down because of that. I highly recommend you go to the Conservatory.

Excellent service and location. Food is meh. For what I paid for the brisket tachos, I expected to eat brisket and not pot roast. There is no way I was eating brisket. The queso was very tasty. This place is more about the peaceful experience. I’ll go back because I want to try other things on the menu. It was fine.
