Conscious Cup is our go-to coffee spot, and all of the people who work at the Cary location consistently go above and beyond. They know our drink order by heart and are always kind, courteous, welcoming, and friendly. The quality of the coffee and tea here is also far superior to anything around. We love it!

It was my first time coming in here and it was excellent! I was unsure of what to order and the barista was helpful with talking my through my different options. He went over the seasonal syrups for me and talked me into getting a pistachio with white mocha. It was DELICIOUS! He made my first time experience easy and I will definitely be stopping in again.

Unfortunately, they don’t brew dark roast coffee during the weekend, so both my mom and I, opted for an Americano, which is a medium roast. It was decent, but would’ve liked for it to be stronger. It’s clean and welcoming. We also bought two bags of coffee (decaf for my mom and dark roast for me) and we can’t wait to try them! Great to study or spend time chatting with close ones.

Decided to stop in since I had about 40 minutes before my train. I placed an order for a seasonal coffee, assuming that would be more than enough time. It wasn’t.

Despite there being only one other customer in the store, online orders were prioritized, and my drink was repeatedly pushed back. To make it worse, a cashier’s friend came in after I ordered and had multiple drinks made immediately, ahead of mine.

I regret waiting too long to speak up, but by the time I did, I no longer had enough time to wait without risking my train. I asked for a refund since they hadn’t even started on my coffee yet after 35 minutes, which I was given attitude about. The refund wasn’t processed until the next week. I still missed my train :/

Apparently you need over an hour to get a coffee made here?

I won’t be returning to this establishment. The cleanliness was unacceptable; the main counter was covered in food debris and old milk spills, which is a major red flag for any food service business.

To make matters worse, the service was incredibly poor. The gentleman behind the counter appeared to be ignoring orders and was notably mean to the other employees, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere. I’d rather go to the Starbucks down the street.

I’d much rather support a business that values hygiene, treats its staff with respect, and doesn’t have an ego about their service. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and advising friends and family to do the same.

Finally had a chance to check out this place! What a cozy little spot for some delicious coffee! The prices are a little more expensive than expected, however, they make their own syrups. And man oh man are they amazing! I got the Pumpkin Spice Latte and the Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte (it’s fall after all, first ones of the season!) and they were literally the best lattes I’ve had in a long time! Grab a cup and sit outside in their little patio. So worth it! I’ll be back!

Not the sprawling large space of the Barrington Conscious on Cook, but a cozy corner nook inviting the java and casual consumers in. The staff is nice, some space but limited outlets, noticed and heard young kids and moms throughout my stay making a racket which unfortunately for small town spots is difficult to accommodate. I ordered up a large rose matcha, surprised my eyes out when it managed to peak twelve dollars! Is it ceremonial grade? Guess I can write off a donation for small town America! It was fine and easy to drink but not much smooth balance I’ve had with other matcha like Eleventh House in my hometown or Rabble’s incredible Lawnmower doing watermelon with the green tea. Downtown Indianapolis sure does spoil!
Would do coffee next time, the Dubai latte I had at Cook St seems the winter way.

First time here and I stopped in for a coffee. The menu is on the back wall so I stepped to the side to see what I wanted. I went to get back In line and when I got to the cashier you could barely hear him speak with the volume of customers talking so he had to repeat a lot of what he said. They don’t make frozen coffees or cold foam so that itself was a bummer. 2 other employees were in the back trying to fix a machine while 20 orders of cups of ice where just building up. The cashier finally asked for help but even then it took over 10 mins to get a simple coffee. This is not the place for me and if you don’t mine waiting 10-15 for coffee maybe this is the place for you. Coffee for 16 oz is almost $8.00!!!

Imagine after you order your coffee you find a cut in the cup so you take it back to the coffee shop to be handed another cup to put inside the damaged cup. You ask if it’s going to get remade after it’s been placed in the cup to not only find it wasn’t remade just poured into a larger cup size with whip cream added on top.

Analyse is the best! She does the best latte art and really knows how to make a matcha! Would 12 out 10 recommend sitting in the cafe with your drink of choice. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. The other managers and baristas are also always great at their job!

Conscious Cup Coffee in downtown Cary, Illinois is an excellent coffeehouse to relax and chill or to grab your coffee to go – whatever works for you!
They are located across the street (South) from the Cary Metra stop. There is free parking in front of / around their location. The pastries were delicious (you can request to have them warmed up)! The decaf Cappuccino was on point and the Doppio Espresso was perfect!
Get over to Conscious Cup Coffee in Cary (or any of their locations) for excellent coffee, delicious pastries, and wonderful customer service!
